I had major facial reconstruction due to an accident, and had a cranioplasty about 5 years ago. Last year at my High School reunion, the comment I got the most was, I didn't change a bit. Thus an insult can really be a compliment.

If I remember right, that pic is from a fake story about a husband suing a wife for not disclosing she was ugly AF and had surgery before they had kids.

That is how it went viral. It is actually a joke from an advertisement. The model ended up suing the company for allowing misuse to happen.

I don’t know if this is surgery so much as aesthetics. I don’t care so much about ethnicity, but hair, makeup and clothes seem to make a big difference.

This one won't work at all. It's not the height, it's the attitude and bearing you develop from having been tall for most of your life.

As far as plastic surgery the one I'm most confused by is the duck lip thing. It looks absolutely hideous on every example I've seen. I suppose only bad examples get posted, but still.

You can't live in Asia without becoming aware of the "whitening" skin cream products, which have been pretty comprehensively proven to a) do nothing for skin colour and b) hurt you pretty badly, but which everyone routinely uses. There are many things that obscure the difference.

The first is not a posed photo, it has bad lighting, no makeup, and no photoshop.

I am not saying that nose jobs don’t make a difference, I am only making a point about aesthetic styles.

You can see the difference with Anne Boelyn. Based on this picture, I wouldn’t split my kingdom in half. But with modern western style aesthetics, maybe...

While I have no reason to complain I don't like having to look at people twice to find out what was off the first time round. If I have to take a closer look what the fuck happened to you your plastic surgery failed.
