I imagine most teams will be feeling the pressure in the final group game. Wales will feel it, Portugal could depending on how tomorrow goes, Italy won't.

Yea...not too fond of this change.
Although it does give meaning to games between the bottom 2 teams in the group. Albania will be playing with much more urgency against Romania as they would need a multi goal win to make it through.

They started with 6 groups of 4 teams. That's 24 teams to start. 8 get eliminated.
The top 2 teams in each group of 6 go through--- 6x2=12
The four best 3rd place team also go through. 12+4=16 teams in round of 16.
