No. Of the third place teams, Slovakia, Portugal and Northern Ireland are guaranteed to advance as they have better points/GD than Albania and Turkey. Albania have worse goals scored than Turkey, so they are out. Turkey need to hope neither Sweden or Ireland win tonight to go through*.

*There is a scenario where Sweden beat Belgium by 3+ goals which could swing it for Turkey, but that's so unlikely as to be ignored for now.
