Sweden was the epitome of a basic Eurovision song. Quite boring at that too.

I've got to give it to our Finnish boys too. Very high energy show.
Moldova had this one very good moment twice(?) in that song but sadly the rest of the song was absolutely terrible.
UK was awful and the Lion King song from Netherlands was pretty terrible too. Didn't like Spain either.

Norway has a good singer atleast. But not feeling it either..
Fun fact, he started his career by writing party songs for the Norwegian equivalent of graduation shenanigans containing lyrics like "tonight it's okay to be a whore".
And now he's a big boy getting praise for being brave and daring to be a man singing about mental health yadda yadda. Like that's not what every man with a guitar has done since the guitar was invented, lol.

For me its no contest. France. Song hit me right in the feels. Netherlands bowed to BLM shit, its an average song and I don't think he sang well. Stefania would be a better representation for Holland, ironically. Or Davina Michelle, who opened the contest, she did great.

I'm fine with Italy winning, their song is good, maybe not great but the Italian language works surprisingly well with it. I liked the French song better, but to be honest I expected it to finish lower than it did since that's not the kind of genre that "works" for Eurovision.
I would have been annoyed if Switzerland had won, I didn't like their song at all. Ukraine was very interesting, as it had a very unique sound, both modern and (I assume) traditional.

UK will be doomed to zero points until someone takes the BBC out of the equasion for song selection. Duffers for the last decade. Don't get me wrong, we will never win, but something half decent should bag us at least a pity point.
