They will be crucified if this runs badly on lower settings on 2gb cards. Yeah, I don't even pay attention to them anymore. The funniest are the ones that list recommendations for specific ATI/nvidia cards, but choose two cards of completely different performance tiers or even generations. Sometimes with one several times more powerful than the other (Dark Souls 2)

The 970 is like 330 and has 4GB VRAM.

I'll probably get one this year.

It's cheap enough for me to not even care if in a year or two games start asking for more, I'll gladly upgrade again if they keep releasing cards with fantastic value like the 970.
