I can't play charge characters for my life.

It's weird for me, it's only SF charge characters that I'm god awful at, yet I use Mitsuru and Parasoul as mains in the respective games. Not talking about how good I am with them mind you, just that I can wrap my head around them much easier than someone like Balrog or Bison. Which sucks because I'd love to use both of those guys in SF.
