Yeah, it seems the excitement and Evo popularity for KoF XIII is dying down. It's been exciting in the past, though, and there are dedicated players to it.

I really think so, yeah. Particle effects and intense blurring all over the place, and most of the character designs look so bad to me. The backgrounds are cool, though.
