Nintendo didn't give the license for those stages. Plus there's supposedly an issue with the music licensing (mainly with the third party stages).

Also, I feel bad for the Little Mac player, especially after that first match.

It is also lagging for me but I also have many things running, so

It's a bit laggy here too. Could be my weak mbp though.

I'm also on a MBP. Popped it into 2880x1800 mode and have both streams running.

Lagging a bit on my PC as well, but I can't trust that either as I'm running Win10 with Microsoft's Edge browser.

Pretty sure it's the stream though.

EVO isn't permitted to stream all the music in the game, and it's impossible to completely eliminate the chance of a track being played. They only have a license for the songs used in their legal stage list.

Music licenses for broadcasting them. Nintendo doesn't have certain songs for stream licenses so they had to ban Omega stages completely to avoid getting something like Windy Hill and getting Live & Learn playing -- which is a song that does not have any broadcast licensing, it was just licensed for use for the game itself, for example.
