Went for the Ultrasound and blood test today. The specialist couldn't find any obvious signs that something was really wrong (Cancer, Gall Stones, Kidney Stones, etc...) so that's good!
The blood test and ultrasound sheets will get to the GP in a couple of days so we'll see what happens.

pretty disappointed with how it ended, lots of questions unanswered, but it only had 8 episodes to work with I guess. Some solid characters nonetheless, those boys are awesome.

I mean, yes they wanted 'and ending' but the other 'ending' is empty as hell. No idea how would they ever come up with a perfect ending. The perfect ending doesn't exist.
Stories just end.
I've read through so much literature that this is de facto.
People who want perfect endings are delusional. That's the science of storytelling.
Unless, you are going to moral based, or historical based histories, which is another field entirely. What religious texts are history and what are allegories, or myths past down? That's what makes it intersint. this clash of sources.
Also, why I am an athiest., but that's another thing of itself.

I was okay with the ending I got. It felt thematically appropriate.
It was the overacted, overwritten confrontation with the villain at the beginning and then the crappy, pace-killing journey through Max's mind sequence that really let me down.

They should have hired me for a pass through in that script. I never get hired at anything. Though, voice acting can be really weird since mostly you don't have actors on actors, just recording.
That's why a lot of movie studios do have those actors in at the same readings.

(VA in isolation always sounds disconnected to me. That's why I appreciate Naughty Dog games, among others. Obviously, different concept as they're mo-capped with the actors all in the same room but damn, you can tell.)
