Is it hard to maintain a balanced low calorie diet, or is there more to it for you?
For my body, I stay away from filling up on carbs and I average 1700–1850 Cal per day, or about 2000 if I ride my bike to work.
It's hard to stay away from carbs. I grew up eating whatever I wanted in a family that ate about as terribly as you can imagine (cake for breakfast, pizza for dinner, french toast baked in butter, massive carbs every day) and since I've been forced to move back in with my folks it's incredibly hard to stay away from old habits. They still eat like shit and constantly tell me I'm too thin when they're all obese. It's a mind game for me, made 1000000000x worse by my fatass family
