Music is mighty fine and the visuals get me so pumped for its airing 12 or so hours from now, if only a lengthy workday didnt stand in my way. Anyway looks really vibrant, fast and just plain fun. Hopefully every episode has moments like it as well as good character development and deep character interaction.
Armchair animators are hard to please. Though the Magi one is pretty dull and unremarkable, and the less said about the ED the better.
Izayoi is incredible protagonist and needs to be the gold standard that future and aspiring light novel writers attempt to use in the design of their characters.

And suddenly, time is just flying by. They really pushed forward a lot in this episode. The last flight and moments with Mutta and Deneil were great. The relationship between the two of them turned into something really touching at the end. I'm glad for that.
It seems like Mutta could be heading for even bigger places, soon.

Lets talk Giovanni, in which they have swag fights, but you'd think Red's teams consisted mostly of Pikachus considering they take hits like a wet kleenex. Nice animations and whatnot, I like how Razor Leaf wasn't shown as a projectile, but an actual physical attack where the Pokemon dives in to strike.
But yeah, as an OVA, it succumbs to not having enough time to display everything.

No. Official Art. That one I specifically posted was a part of a beach/pool set. This is the third one. The other 2 had Asuna, Silica, Lizbeth, and Leafa. The last one was blurred out and finally got revealed today.
Black Lion is in the category of campy shows made glorious with a hilariously campy dub. It certainly has its moments, but it doesn't quite reach the bar of Garzey's Wing on dub awfulness alone.
I'm working through it alphabetically.

First 8 minutes and the following is my impression: there is a lot of violent rape/murder/violence against women porn going on in this. Like seriously, I know the dude's get blown up, but the way the women are sexualized and tortured is, well it is.

Either ways do the other SAO arcs get better? The second arc in the anime left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth after how much I liked the first one.

Geass is actually on the list? It doesn't really fit, especially since it's actually pretty good.
Latter s1 and all of s2 justify its inclusion fairly well, because then it's "fun because its batshit".

YUgi-oh season 0 is very entertaining ... i've seen it
i consider the second part of Sao ( the ALO asuna rescue arc ) as the only weak point of the franchise. For me , everything that happenned after is good or great.
I don't think its a matter of being good or bad. The List transcends such silly classifications.

That's pretty much the whole point. It's a list of shows that transcend ordinary discussions of objective quality. By all rights, Garzey's Wing is an absolutely awful production, but it's also some of the most fun you'll have watching anime. How does that even compute? It doesn't, so it goes on the list.
It should actually be scrubbed from the list given that I ran it by a few people, none of whom found it funny in the way that I did.
Mystical Laws definitely needs added in, and based on some independent "research" I've done, I'd also like to submit Kiss Dum: Engage Planet as a new candidate.

So, I dunno what Bubblegum Crisis is and that reference is thus lost on me. Like I said before, someone who worked on this had a serious fetish for blowing the shit out of naked women, and I mean that with bullets. Like seriously, the part about shooting bullets into the woman as she plead for death was possibly the most overt and least well executed interplay of sex and violence I've ever seen. I appreciate that as an OVA this thing had 3 selling points: Boobs, blood, and boobs, but YEESH.
So okay, now that I've addressed that this thing is kind of creepily sexist/violent/fetishistic, I sort of dug the rest of it. A hardboiled cop story about getting the person who killed your buddy cop, dystopian sexdroids going haywire, really, it wasn't that bad once removed from the super fetish of murdering women. Which I suppose is what got it on the list?
What does this mean? It's racist?

Backstory on Momo was kinda touching, but considering witch lifespans, Majo Monroe must have been fucking old. Or sick I guess. Wonder if they'll let the earring slide for now or if she'll take it off during classs.
Random question: Pop actually never stopped being a witch apprentice, right? Her crystal didn't shatter at the end of #, so she should still be one. Wonder if she's been continuing this whole time.
And hwere the fuck is Hana-chan? Seriously. She's in the OP; she has to be involved at some point, and it's going to be super emotional to have them reunited.
