Oh, and apparently that Kill Me Baby album+OVA CD/DVD set sold around 7,000 copies.

As my French is much better than my Japanese, according to Manga News, the special announcement is likely to be on the obi for the first volume of the new "deluxe" release of Mushishi, to be released on 21st November. There are also going to be two new manga chapters released in the January and February editions of Afternoon (released in November and December) as well.
The signs are looking positive!!!!!

Don't worry, I'm in the process of watching it too. This means smooth news for me, I'm quite digging it (the positive impression the five episodes I watched years ago gave me hasn't changed too much) and if the original team is back to the game, I'll end up having a lot of material to consume.
You know, I think I've only watched five episodes as well!
It's one of those shows that is beautiful and meditative and thus requires more of my concentration than I often want to give.

This made a hell of a lot more sense now that I had seen the 5 ONA's, even if it's till a bit out there. I also really liked the new soundtrack which was a huge improvement over the old one IMO (well, from what i remember/skimmed over a second time.)

I'm really glad they're taking the ONA's and heavily building upon them as it's not only a creative reuse of resources but all the new changes and additions really do put the ONA's I so thoroughly enjoyed into a new light. Can't wait to see what they do with the rest if them.
tho i'd still recommend checking out the ona's, more specifically 4 & 5 which were utterly stunning and don't really have the same impact all cut up (going off of 5 which was a musical piece anyway, unless they bring that back for later) even if they are kinda redundant now.

Does that even count? That's beyond a character trait and just wacky. Everyone else has to break down his door but does she have a key or some shit? Is it a joke implying Germans are naturally good at invading other's territory? This whole thing is another example of how the show eventually just gave up on having logical rules exist in its world.

Well, if it makes you feel better when Funimation put Baka Test up on Hulu I was finishing up season two, and this was a week or two after it had aired so the episode was out, and it autoplayed some other random anime as the next episode. I think it was my Bride is a Mermaid or something. I didn't realize it and figured it was a stupid enough thing for the studio and show to do to just make some weird random one off as the last episode and I think I bitched about it on IRC and that's when I found out it was a different show. So these things happen.
But thing about it this way, now you can be let down by Clannad's first episode all over again, congrats!

The two most popular databases are MyAnimeList and Hummingbird - you have to start them off by putting in what you're watching and how much you've seen so far, but then it's relatively simple to update them as you go along.
