I don't think they have laws protecting vampires

Pretty sure governments write laws to protect themselves.

I don't even understand my first post.
Then my next few posts were Hyping Fujiko of all things. How silly I feel at retrospect.
Thanks to this link I found this hilarious [post=36705668]post by Ulti.[/post] Akarin~n indeed.

And I don't think I've ever hyped anything in these thread so I guess my past isn't all that bad.

So like, this is what you're watching rather than the Snake Arc in Monogatari? For shame.
BoobJoust is infinitely scrubbable. lol

I feel like when a manga visits an anime studio by way of making a nerd reference, it starts to get weirdly incestuous. I wonder if this is an attempt to get them to pick up the manga to adapt! lol

Shin Mazinger Z 18-

Alright there is some weird stuff this episode that I'm not sure makes sense. How is the Pillar on Bardos Island right underneath the Photon Labs? Like are they connected via magic or something? Also if all of this episode was just memories then how come there was a seemingly similar outcome despite the heavy and I mean heavy interference on the part of the Z team?

And now I discovered that I started Hidamari Sketch in Spring 2012 and I still haven't finished the first series completely.

I watch like one episode every couple of months.

No, we like porn porn too, you just aren't allowed to talk about it.

Michigan likes teen porn.... Not sure what this means. Not sure I want to know

Also, my first post in AnimeGAF was asking about whether or not to wait for JoJo Blu-rays or not. 'twas earlier this year.

Also, my desktop computer is essentially dead, so I've got some backing up to do before I can get back to watching anything...

So I've always had this lingering doubt and I feel I need to ask.

What's the difference between kuudere and dandere? As far as I know kuudere is more of the cool character that when you get to know them they're actually very sweet. I guess this would be like Touma in White Album 2. While dandere is more of the monotone semi-silent character who, even when sweet, still doesn't say much.

Thank you, any funny anime around 2011-present?
It doesn't have to be a comedy, like Kill La Kill.

I don't have the energy to list off every funny anime I've seen. I suggest you you go to myanimelist.net , find an anime you liked previously, and see the suggestions by other users. Don't know about others here though. If you're more specific with what you want I'll be glad to help.

If you're looking specifically for something like Kill La Kill give a try to Gurren Lagann.

Other recommendations for those who like Kill la Kill would be Panty & Stocking and Inferno Cop also.

In general... Haven't actually seen many comedy anime. >.>

Nichijou (aka My Ordinary Life, it's on Crunchyroll under that name), Nichibros (aka Daily Lives of High School Boys, it's on Hulu) and, of course, the mighty Gintama (it's all on Crunchyroll, even the episode that's banned in Japan). That should get you started.

So I was reading some old Mazinger Z impressions on AS and I'm wondering if this is true:

A soccer match is an important episode in old school mecha, its like the spa episode.

Old school mecha characters must excel in some kind of sports, most commonly soccer or baseball. Their sports and athletic ability must then be shown in a match. At the end of the soccer episode they may increase in teamwork or realise some other value.

The only recent mecha anime with a sports episode was Eureka 7, with that soccer episode.

Soccer episodes are so important that in SRWZ, your guys had to play soccer before fighting the final boss. Forming 4 teams made of characters of different mecha series, they demonstrated how much they've understood each other and how great their teamwork from their friendship has become. Their morale then carried over to aid them in beating the final boss.

I kinda love the idea of filling out the plot of the original, insane OVA, it's an interesting way to do it. Probably the best looking show this season, even if it doesn't look as good as the original, understandably. Koto is so cool.

I gotta say that the only redeeming quality I liked of SAO was how even though everything else outside of animation was crappy, the romance between the main two I liked.

But then they turned it into a harem where every girl wants his dick, including incest.

The romance between the main two was rubbish. It just pops out of nowhere and only exists because they are the two main characters.

Oh jeez, I really didn't need to start complaining about SAO again just before heading to bed,

It was redeeming enough where it kept me watching. Mainly because the relationship actually advanced and got past the flirting/getting together stage. Unlike 99% of anime where it ends once they confess to each other.

Or they start going out and all of a sudden every guy and girl wants to break them up because they realize they are in love with one of them (josei)
