Seems they announced a while back that the December issue of Comptiq would have a special Deedlit & Saber poster illustrated by Takashi Takeuchi to celebrate both the 25th anniversary of Lodoss and 30th anniversary of the magazine, and yesterday they revealed the design:

I've had like two no-stars with this series over the past 10 years and I'm not sure why? Seeing your Gif, I'm getting an idea where Gravion pulled its influences from and I really enjoyed both seasons of that show I'm sorry to admit :( I'm a sucker for good theme songs and maids.

Well I was looking at some other re-releases and it seems to be on the low end. I was hoping it might do better but the numbers are essentially in line with the first season and 2nd Raid, while I was hoping they might get near Fumoffu levels.

Below is a pretty shameless question and I'm not even sure why I want to know since I never finished any of the series but it's been bugging the hell out of me for the past few years and I just saw something that reminded me of it again. Anyways, here goes:

In the whole Saint Seiya saga, do Seiya and Athena bang even once?
I know women aren't vending machines you put kindness into in return for sex but... that's A LOT of kindness (and really long suffering) home's been putting in from some of the summaries I read. I whole many lots.... like paying out in sex kind of lots.

The main issue is that GaoGaiGar is very heavy on stock footage. In fact, it's even more heavy on it than the older brave series (although, in exchange, the general animation quality is significantly better). Basically every single attack and launch sequence has a stock footage dedicated to it which gets used fairly often. So, it has great animation, but the effect is diminished when it's reused all the time.

Watched two episodes of Non Non Biyori.

This is so adorable, oh my god! One of those animes you watch with a smile on your face the whole episode and lots of "aaaww" moments.

Well it seems like the 'packaging issues Perfect Blue was having pushed the date back all the way to November 18th according to Amazon.
Pretty incompetent tbh.

They've had minor problems with all their releases so far, I actually don't think anything has come out when they first said it would. But the quality of their releases outshines Manga so hopefully next year they fare better and there's no issues with Gurren Lagann or anything else.

Yeah it makes sense given they are a new licensor and all. Hopefully they improve pretty fast.

You know I think I found what my hidden issue with KnK, and it is that it reminds me too much of Hyouka in its look. Maybe my brain is subconsciously expecting it to be as good as the latter for some reason and that's why it's constantly disappointing me. It's not a horrible anime, it's just that I want more out of the writing. The comedic stuff (like the sister and glasses complex) really clashes with me when the tone of the show is so serious. For some reason the cheesetastic humor worked for me in Chuunybyou but not in this one.

Cheering crowds was one of the best parts especially the songs, hearing the Yamato theme never got old as well Lupin and the one when they shout in it occasionally.

One of the scenes (the one when he is riding into the light) reminded me of Chousoku Henkei Gyrozetter, thought he was about to transform there.

Only if there is a clear rival, so many here that it is throwing off the charts, though I guess thats actually pretty exciting to think about.

I love the reviews on the page:

I do think this is a good anime, but at ¥1,646,255,554 for 50 minutes of content, people may have to think long and hard about whether each minute is worth ¥3,300,000 to them.

I enjoyed this anime, but alas, I fear I may not be able to afford it with my pocket money. Perhaps the king of some country somewhere or a millionaire in the Middle East might be interested in purchasing it.
