Monogatari Second Season 26
Am I crazy for thinking that this was the best episode in the entire series?

I can't go back to to Arrarragi after this.
RIP in peace Kaiki.

Not at all

The 2nd half is bloody good, Kaiki dropping bomb everywhere.. if that's how you deceived, I want deceived by him to

Now that my sick sick self is out in the open it's time for you to dump the list of everyone else's secret fetishes you've no doubt been fastidiously compiling in secret.

They're not a secret if you mention them publicly, haha. I don't have any kind of list nor would I want one. No offense but I don't find you guys THAT interesting. Like Hitokage mentioned, I just remember different posts people have made. All I could tell you would be what you probably already know, such as it's no big secret that Zach and Theonik like fluffy tails.

I've played Z2-1 on PSP and really loved it. Got me to watch or start watching series I hadn't seen before, such as Votoms. I still need to play Z2-2 though...part of my massive backlog ;_;

Ok. Thanks for the added input. :)

Speaking of which, today's ep of MLP was sufficiently but not ideally :hito.

You're into bats now?

(I didn't see the episode. I just know it has something to do with bats, haha)

So the same number of people who like every Hyouka episode is also the same number of people who like KKK. lol

It's a good thing I know this is an anime. I'll maybe watch it some day.

Click the link again! That's not my AOTY 2012 ballot, that is my Television 2013 ballot. It has NO chance of winning, since no one here watches real Television except like M_Night and Kurita, and they'd be the crazy people voting for Jdrama anyway, and technically I didn't even watch it as it was televised since I watched the BD episodes, but they don't need to know that and it's still among my favourite television shows of 2013. It's certainly worth "wasting" a top vote for, just like I wasted a slot to bring up Yamato in my AOTY 2012 ballot. lol

Ah, sorry. I did notice that you put the television list and meant to clarify that in my post I was referring to the anime thread but ended up not doing so.

With talk of Gravity, does NeoGaf do a moty (movie of the year) vote?

I regularly come to like shows only after playing with them in SRW. Case in point: we all know I hated 00, but in SRW I suddenly don't hate it nearly as much. Also SRW got me interested in MSN and G Gundam, so it has been a force for good.

I guess it's along the lines that I think zeroshiki mentioned, where the characters can kind of exist outside of their original storyline. Maybe someone like Setsuna still does his "I am Gundam", I don't know, but maybe one likes the Gundams he pilots and their powers so its not as bothersome being able to focus more on that maybe. That and maybe they're more self-aware to make fun of those kinds of things.

The end. Superb series, my 'feel good' anime of the last season, overall it has been a great retelling of the original story (if only maybe a bit obscure for non-manga readers in its first episodes).
I don't know how he does it but so far I've loved each anime series where Ryo-timo has had a significant role, each one being a joy to watch.

Yozakura Quartet Hana no Uta is over. T_T

It was a nice ending, and they saved some pretty awesome effects and action for the final episode. Some of that stuff isn't even in the manga! Neither is the entire epilogue, which is a great way for an otherwise on-going story to tie up a TV series thematically. The show started with an anime original town festival, and it ends on the same note. Lots of cute animations in the epilogue too. There was one extremely lewd scene in the episode which totally made me go >_< though. Awful! Why are such talented people also such perverted people?! ~_~

Definitely looking forward to watching more when the new OAD series concludes in the middle of next year. Long wait though! ._.

I loved the cameos of all those manga characters in the final scenes, make me regret all the more than Hana no Uta isn't 26 episodes.
Can't wait for more Tsuki ni Naku.

hope SAO ends up starting right along with Fate/SN, anime threads would be so fun then.

That might be tricky. Both shows are big Aniplex titles, and both Fate/Zero and Sword Art Online occupied the same slot on Tokyo MX. They'll probably rotated between the two instead.

Is SAO really that popular in Japan?

Not just in Japan! Sword Art Online novels have sold over 11 million copies worldwide now!

maybe you guys can answer this but in the LN does it follow the same formula of MMO meets new girl but sticks with Asuna or do we see more of the things outside the MMO at the school etc.

That's like asking if Bruce Willis gets himself into another random violent encounter in the next Die Hard movie, or if he actually spends more time with his family instead. :)

New MMOs and new girls but Kirito still has eys for Asuna.

Dammit Dengeki, when are you gonna fund money to Sunrise for a Accel World season 2?

What new girl? :lol

Voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro.

I actually don't know, since Movie/Film GAF doesn't really seem to be a thing. Even then, I can't imagine Gravity winning unfortunately.

RIP Firehawk.

Detective Conan 263:
Or "Heiji is awesome for an entire two hour special". Indeed, Conan doesn't even get to do very much, as this was really the Heiji show from start to finish, with Heiji and Kazuha's dads also getting some good moments. TMS really treated these two stories well, with some nice art in a couple of moments (I really liked the shot when they discover the body in the shower) and some strong music. Heizo is still pretty far beyond Heiji in terms of his capability, and it's kind of hilarious how he
just used Heiji as bait for the criminals because he knew he'd get really hotheaded about everything.

RIP Firehawk.

We hardly knew him.

I want to believe they would mix things up

That sucks to hear. I would welcome a new season of Accel World.

Hajime No Ippo: RIsing - Episode 11
This episode was incredible. The animation, the music, the angry feels, it was all there. I seriously didn't want this episode to end and probably one of the Top 5 Hajime No Ippo episodes ever. Hot damn.

All I know about White Album is whatever shit comes up on my facebook feed. Apparently there was

On Jan 1st 2014, the nationwide Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun will carry a special announcement for Sword Art Online fans. Itshappening.gif

Oh good, one potential anime closer to finally getting to the character I most want to see animated.

Not just in Japan! Sword Art Online novels have sold over 11 million copies worldwide now!

What western country is this LN popular in, unfortunately here in the US we are still waiting for V1 to be released later in spring 2014 :(

Uh... I've been out of the loop in regards to chuunibyo. What the fuck? Why did Nibutani dye her hair black and look hellishly weird?
