Similar here, though I am nowhere near as deep in with the franchise as you. I played and enjoyed FO3 and NV a great deal but I'm not a huge fan like I am with other series'.
But for the first time I can ever remember, I am actually too busy to play games, and I'm actually okay with it. I don't feel resentful about my lack of free time. Tonight after work I'm going to get home, make dinner, then spend hours working on a project which will likely set me up for a budding new (dream) career, and it might leave only a few minutes for actual gaming/relaxing.
And I'm totally fine with it. I'm happy to wait for Fallout 4 to hit £10 on CDKeys.

I had the typical Bethesda problem yesterday. There was so much to do that I didn't know what to do. Mostly I was just wandering around so far.

Honestly, I've been more impressed with the visuals than not. Heavy fog with shafts of light coming through and the saturated orange/pink lighting at dusk= <3 Looks so much better in motion than in stills.
