The American Dad's on TBS feel off. I don't know what it is, plus now they always try to shove a "shit" in every episode for no reason other than being on cable.

It is one of my most rewatched shows on netflix.

One of the best episodes is the Vietnam Reenactment on the golf course..

I heard they're trying to make the next season even better. Probably more swears because they can.

The episodes are worse, but the jokes are better. Fewer "it reminds me of the time I" cutaways these days.

I feel the EXACT same way. I've mentioned it before in other threads.

And yeah, the forced swearing is absolutely noticeable.

died was the straw for me.
There were 2 or maybe 3 episodes in that season that made me laugh a little, the rest did not at all.

Oh well, the show had a good run imo and I can still watch the old EPs.

I don't know. I still find some parts pretty funny like the "Yanket" infomercial from the other night.

They did a pretty good job on the Korea episode too I gotta say. I was kind of impressed that they did a parody version of HyunA's "Bubble Pop!"; I mean they could've taken the easy, obvious route of doing a "Gangnam Style" parody.

At the end of the day, even if I only get a chuckle or two per episode, it's still a lot more than watching current Simpsons episodes or really most other sitcoms, animated or not.

I was 15 when it first aired and it fucking killed me. Funniest shit I'd ever seen on TV. FG has been shit for a while now though, haven't watched it in years.

It's fun to watch every now and then, like the simpsons. It's not a mainstay for me, just good every once in a blue moon.
