We must have different understandings of the word "perfect". I mean it's pretty good but it's far from "perfect".
The very concept of "voice actors should match their character's skin color" is just beyond stupid.

Or maybe he just wants some free virtue signal points along with those cheques?
Maybe it's a USA thing, but aside from proportionality in promotions (whereas whites complaint would be the same but based on nepotism), I don't hear such ludicrous complaints about colour & jobs from black friends / coworkers... their complaints are the same as everyone else's - this false entitlement thing is manufactured slime and not perpetuated for any workers benefit.
But it's another thing to divide people so it's going to get amplified into your homes by those who distract you with it and those who see an opportunity for themselves taking part in it.

you have a white voice actor for Cleveland who has been replaced by a black voice actor but still keeping the same voice. the jokes, character and dialogue stay the same so nothing has changed. the irony of keeping it culturally appropriate for a cartoon which has many stereotypes (not just race) and you cannot see the voice actors is lost on these people.
the show is created by a white man, using the same logic he should only make jokes relating to his own race. there is even an argument to say it's more offensive because you are getting a black person to make fun of a black stereotype (funny Chinaman syndrome).
