They didn't tank the first time, and there was potentially something there. They haven't tanked through a steady leak of e-mails all throughout this month. Spoiler: They aren't going to tank now.

Comey's job isn't to give press conferences where he spouts his opinion of Clinton, or to write Congress every time they find something but aren't sure what it is and notify them. He does this shit because he's a Republican and he can.

Both sides are clearly not the same. One is an absolute nightmare and probably the worst candidate to have ever been fielded by a major party, and the other is highly unlikable, perhaps mediocre, and has the uncanny ability to raise suspicion even if she hasn't done anything wrong.

One will not help black people; the other shouldn't be inspiring too much optimism either.

The hell he is. Why release such a vague statement less than two weeks before the election? That type of thing is not standard FBI procedure or just doing his job, but blatant politicking. Especially if he doesn't clarify--it's alright to release this vague statement, but it would be problematic to clarify and clean it up before the election? Can't have it both ways. Thus is a blatant misuse if the authority of the FBI and is taking it into political waters where it doesn't belong.

The Supreme Court going liberal should absolutely inspire optimism, and if congress ever stops being a garbage fire, she would get a hell of a lot done.

the timing is more than suspicious and the way he conducted that previous press conference was ridiculous grandstanding.

and let's not forget, this is the guy who wanted to ban imessage.
 
What is the truly maddening thing is how the FBI feel it is OK to go after Hillary 11 days before an election yet do nothing against the GOP candidate who actively conspires with a foreign government against the interests of the United States. Why the fuck aren't you investigating Trump eh?

It is subjective in how things get rated, what even gets rated, and even how often it is rated.

I laugh hysterically when idiots try and use Politifacts "data" and present it as scientific fact like "Clinton is 1.2% less a liar than Sanders."
 
So it's 3 non withheld emails that aren't even from her server or sent by her but they MIGHT be important to the case?
