The FBI hasn't even looked at the emails, doesn't have the legal right to do so, and won't get authorization until after election.
Comey took the unprecedented steps to inform Congress of that when he was warned by the justice department that commenting on an ongoing investigation and interfering in an election is against FBI policy.
Just because we don't have him saying that his motivation is to influence the election, a reasonable person can infer that that was his motivation. Its either that, or he is a fucking moron.
And he didn't get her off the first time. An FBI investigation did. It concluded that there was no case.

There is no denying I would rather have Trump as a leader than another Clinton; that doesn't mean Trump is my first choice.

If there is a bombshell in these emails and he didn't let them know the day he found out about it he would be jail. If he waited until after the election the cover up story writes itself.
This needs to be repeated in every thread Trump is mentioned in till it sinks in that it is a thing that's happening and the media has said not one word of it.

You're missing the overall point. The FBI shouldn't give a crap about those kind of optics, they aren't suppose to play the partisan game. There's a reason why there's a ton of criticism on this move. Anyone not seeing it now either doesn't understand the implication or is being bullheaded to what the problem with this move is.

It's been covered by smaller outlets, but it's also been dropped and refiled at least twice, I think, and there's not a lot of information about it since the client is private. It's actually understandable why a lot of the mainstream hasn't latched on to the story considering how little base there is in it. Unless the victim in question comes forward to publicize the case, I doubt many want to touch it with so little

I cared for Sanders policies. I didn't care for him lining up behind the Democratic machine.
I've been very vocal on these boards about pro choice, single payer healthcare, and something to make college more affordable. Those aren't exactly Republican ideals.
I can support those Democratic ideals while also supporting my right to own and carry handguns, strong immigration, and transfer of power to the states.
I understand it might be weird for you to see people who don't perfectly line up behind party politics. But I promise we exist.

This definitely has an impact. But we have heard so much about "her damn emails" I think a lot of people tune it out, and the issue falls again on party lines. So its great ammo for idiot surrogates and brietbart, but will largely fall into "I don't give a shit about this tired shit any more" and not swing it enough for him to win.
