Zack is probably one of those guys in the back waiting for an executive to "call him up" for his "shot"

at least we know he's the type of guy to wear passive-aggressive "PUSH ME" ring attire

edit: I bet it doesn't bother Cena. All the cynicism from smarks and adults goes away when he does Make-A-Wish... aaand when he goes home to Nikki Bella OR SOME FAT LADY

Why you gotta be hating on Piggy James.

Seriously. From completely over the top from every boss fight to the final showdown being some sort of demonic Vinny Mac. LOVED IT

The final boss for Revengeance easily bumped my entire opinion of the game up a letter grade from B to A. That was stealing-the-show-at-WrestleMania level.

Yeah, I felt the game was fun but nothing special up until that point then it went bananas. I can't think of a better final boss in a game.

The character was fun as hell, the soundtrack for that fight was badass, and the actual fight was really challenging in a "it makes you actually use everything you learned in the game" kind of way.

9/10

Dunno. I think his occasional frankensteiner and 5-star matches are his attempt.

I lol at Steve Austin telling John Cena to put the STF on snugger. I hope he listens to his advice.

I wish Austin would have told Cena he needs to work on selling his injuries after a match is over.

It's really a shame how dead/unimaginative most boss fights seem to be now. There is a real lack of well designed bosses and attack patterns. Bullet sponges that move quickly around an arena before charging up an attack get so repetitive.

Even Nintendo shit the bed with the final Bowser level in Mario 3D World.

Cena isn't bothered by the chants. He has said he would only be bothered by silence. Otherwise, he's just happy people are making noise. That's his corporate answer, anyway.

Sounds alright. Looks like they'r epushing some content out on Mar 1st, to entice week-trials, as expected.

Looks to be worth the money, at the bare minimum.

I won't be getting the Network. Why? I'm already oversaturated with wrestling during the week.

3 hours of Raw
2 hours of Impact
2 hours of Smackdown
1 hour of NXT
1 hour of ROH
1 hour of WWE Vintage
8 hours of podcasts (Austin, Jericho, Colt Cabana, All Wrestling Week in Review, and now Jim Ross)

That's 18 hours not counting posting here and writing articles for Wrestle Enigma and watching random youtube and DVD videos here and there...and reading news online as well. Basically, I spend the equivalent of one full 24 hour day a week on pro wrestling right now. No WAY can I justify adding more onto that right now.

SoulPlaya

more money than God
Bourne never would've been a top guy, weed or not (and it was synthetic weed he got busted for, at that). Cena's whole association with him and praising him in interviews was such an apparent ploy to ingratiate himself to the smark fans, who felt at the time that Bourne deserved better. Ryder, on the other hand, got over on his own terms, so he was always destined to fail - Cena just tried his best to leech off Zack's new-found popularity. Those are the two guys I can remember Cena ever "going to bat" for and in both occasions it was just a cynical, token gesture for Cena to try and come across as a Good Guy, rather than the guy who's perfectly happy with the way things are (and, really, who could blame him?).
Did you just make this up in your own mind? Cena leeching off of Ryder's popularity? Are you joking?

Nah, but I'm enjoying the product enough every week to keep coming back. Positives right now:

-Austin Aries as X Division champ
-Bro Mans and Zema Ion
-Bobby Roode
-Badass Samoa Joe is back
-The Wolves are great
-MVP is coming across like a big deal
-Abyss' story is finally getting somewhere

On the downside, there are still booking issues and Dixie Carter takes up too much time.

Is Bicshoff gone?

Watching this shows why I really wanted complete episodes of Raw, Smackdown, Nitro, etc. - except in higher resolution!

Despite the angle turning out to be a dud (surprise), the duo of Kurt and Austin was so great. Taker was getting into his Badass role, great tag teams everywhere, it's good stuff. Cole was still annoying on commentary.

I know Angle's known more for his wrestling skills but he was a pretty awesome talker too. He was great in doing the comedy bits but he also handled his own during the serious bits when time called for it.

WWE Raw 2/17 Viewership:

hour 1: 4.662
hour 2: 4.296
hour 3: 4.134

AVG: 4.364

Up 35,000 from last week but the viewership is down compared to last year. It seems Batista isn't the Rock in drawing in people. Also interesting that the most people were watching the Daniel Bryan first 40 minutes of the show.

They did front load the engaging stars this week. DBry, Shield, Wyatt promo.

Curious to see how many viewers Cena/Cesaro picked up at the top of the hour.

No MLW, solomonster or LAW family (Reviewaimpact, Reviewaraw, LAW, Reviewawai, Bauer and Pollock, etc)? And there's also the Observer family.

I can't listen to the Austin or Jericho podcast if a wrestler isn't there. And I've had my fill of the Stone Cold/Ross, Ross/Stone Cold combo.

I can't stand the Solomonster. There's no group dynamic, and I feel like I've found myself listening to him fantasy booking way too many times.

I guess he's all right, but he's way worse than the alternatives. He has a great radio voice though.

I've liked Jerichos and Stone Cold's non wrestling guest. Guess you have to be into metal/hard rock.

hell even Fluffy was good.

The Avatar Rumble was on a Saturday, figures the avatar deadline would be on a Saturday too.

I guess I didn't switch until early Sunday my time but it's not like I'll be staying up all night to switch my avatar back.

There.

Two of my friends are obsessed with the shit and on many occasion I have had to listen to them go on and on and on and on about the ridiculously convoluted, over-the-top nonsense that passes as a storyline in Kojima's eyes. Fuck that noise.

Also, while I'm enraging nerds, DMC is just bad compared to Ninja Gaiden. As is every 3rd person combat-focused action adventure (Vanquish is pretty good, tho).

I knew you and I were on the same wavelength.

Spider From Mars seems to think every girl on the planet wants in his pants.

He's like what homophobes think about gay dudes.

Drake vs Ciampa from PWG's All Star Weekend X Night 1 is real good, Drake's so entertaining and Ciampa looked great here. They tell a good story, with Drake trying to put Ciampa away before he can hit his ridiculous offence, with a totally un-PWG finish that, regardless, worked perfectly. Drake is ridiculously over with the PWG crowd.
