And then services will just straight up not make 360/XBox One versions, or ask for a cut of XBox Live revenue (if they haven't already).
Hell, for example, The XBox One version of the Network is coming later, while PS3/PS4 are day and date. 360 got one because it's dirt easy.
They won't prioritize that platform because it'll bring less subscribers to the table (because of the paywall). They could pull that shit with 360, but they can't do it now.
It's been working great for years on Xbox 360. Also, Microsoft actually takes a 30% cut on third-party services on Xbox Live, not the other way round.
And the only reason the Xbox One version has been delayed is because Microsoft is the only platform holder insisting on developing all their apps internally. And if their track record has anything to show, that means the WWE Network app will be shit.

It worked on 360 because they had the massive marketshare and were the first big device for Netflix streaming. It doesn't really fly anymore.

Looking at the card again I only really care about these two matches. Man Batista vs. Del Rio. That they really put that as a PPV match on there is bonkers. No one gives a shit about Del Rio and Batista is supposed to fight for the title at Mania.
I think the entire card is good up and down.

My PC is hooked up to my TV so if wwe.com is the only way to watch the network on the PC then i have no problem.
It's kind of week sauce that it's wwe.com exclusive but surly people who don't have a PC hooked up in the living room can use a laptop, netbook etc.

I actually have to applaud the WWE for doing a good job of making the EC match unpredictable. Does Bryan win because the Network is launching and Vince wants fans to be happy? Does Randy win to give us a straight Orton/Batista match at WM? Does Vince shoehorn Bryan into the WM match because of the ho-hum reaction to Batista by the fans, and this way he can avoid the crowd taking over and crapping all over the main event?
The answers to these questions all start tonight. Given all of the inury angles they've been running with Bryan lately, it feels like they're trying to give him an out for not winning...or making him look like a million bucks by overcoming massive odds.
