February Wrasslin' |OT| Did somebody not get what they wanted?

I just remembered the pop when Bryan was facing off with John Fucking Cena. The only way you are able to get the same amount of pop with somebody facing with Cena. Maybe Cesaro at best.

Hope he takes a Sister Abigail into the steel steps and kicks out.

Really though, I think Cena will do the job. Wyatt had a huge win against Bryan and now against Reigns...a win against Cena cements him as a top dog for years to come.

Traditional Cena booking has him making fun of Bray for the next month, burying his gimmick in a legitimate way, not in the internet fans think everything is a burial way, and then kicking out of everything in the big match and popping up to win without selling any of the match. That won't work if they want the Wyatts to be legitimate after WM. It needs to be like Shield beating all the top faces, but in a solo situation. Bray pinning Cena as clean as possible at WM would be excellent for him.

Guys, I just spent the last 45 minutes shoveling snow and I feel like I'm gonna die. I think I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on DDP Yoga. Who else is or has used it?

Brah we have a DDP Yoga thread in OT, come join in my brother. I'm not using it currently (strength training program) but I have before

They're going to milk this Dbry getting screwed gimmick for as long as they can, even if that means through Mania. That's what people don't understand... they have nothing else. Daniel Bryan is carrying the product now. If they give him the title all that emotion and reaction from the crowd from him getting screwed and being the underdog is gone. Giving him the belt just shortens the time they have to milk his incredible over-ness.

That's the problem they are going to milk it way too long and it's going to fade like all heat does. It'll be wasted for nothing. A classic Mania moment have Bryan win the title with 70k chanting would be remembered. Not Bryan jobbing to H. No one will give a fuck about that match or even remember that it happened

Instead of doing the smart thing they are going the opposite direction. They are going to trot out Orton/Bootista to get shit on

Cena jumps up after a Wyatt Sister Abigail on the concrete, wins match. Drops 20 chairs on Bray Wyatt and sends the fans home happy

I want to see Bryan legit angry on the road to WM without the comedy and "aw shucks, thanks for cheering for me, guys" stuff he's been fed until this point. The chase between September and January was utter shit. Tonight was the first PPV that actually felt like good storytelling for Bryan, and it got me to feel that he was unfairly treated, but not because of stupid booking.

After winning the belt, Bryan can be dominant as fuck and be a fighting champion of the people. I'm sure Wyatt would get a shot at the belt, and/or Cena would want a re-match. Really though, the WWE doesn't have enough top heels to challenge a guy like Bryan.

Really enjoyed that PPV. Every match other than Batista/ADR had something going for it. Even the AJ/Cameron one with the Tamina kick.

I think Vince is right, and we're going to get some wacky, wacky shit tomorrow night.

Yeah, there is really zero reasoning behind the Wyatts attacking Cena twice, but I think they can have a good match. One that Cena really, really needs to lose. A lolcenawins kind of finish would kill the whole stable.
What are the odds of Cena actually putting Bray over clean without shenanigans at Mania?

20%? 25%?

Or is that too high? I think I'm actually being very kind with those numbers given WWE's traditional booking habits for Mania.
Cena has only lost to Dwayne, The Miz (courtesy of Dwayne) and Orton (in a triple threat with Triple H) at Mania as a main eventer.

Again, you guys would've really hated watching the Bruno, Backlund, or Hogan eras live. Cena looks like Zach Ryder in a lot of main events compared to how those guys acted in actual matches against a lot of opponents (the slam against how he's written to bury many characters is totally valid though).

I'm getting DDP Yoga in the mail this week. Excited to get it started.

Alright, I'm out. SEE YOU ON RAW! Expecting a huge rating tomorrow night.

Also, I actually think the way Bryan was pinned was kind of stupid. I would've had Kane pull Bryan out of the match about 2/3 of the way through to "protect a vital part of the WWE brand", then that way, you can set up Kane/Bryan, then Bryan/HHH for WM without Bryan eating a pin again.

I'd also have Cesaro beat Cena after Wyattference, then Orton beating Cesaro as the final ending.

I just want my Backlash 2000 ending for Wrestlemania 30 with Punk wearing a hoodie hitting HHH, Batista, and Orton with kendo sticks setting up Bryan with a knee to both Batista and Orton, pinning them both while Punk gives HHH a GTS. Then a massive orgy happens at the Superdome while hundred dollar bills rain in the air. With JR sending us off.

Am I asking for too much Vince?

It does seem kind of telling that Kane was out there tonight and not HHH. Makes me think HHH might actually put Bryan into the Mania main event if he can beat Kane or something. Then they'd save the Bryan vs HHH match until SummerSlam when they need to renew Network subscriptions. Not that people would renew the Network for that match, but you know HHH probably thinks they would.

I posted in it a bit ago, just wanted to if there was anyone else here that had or was using it.

If you're overweight to the point of at least being mildly inconvenienced by shit that probably shouldn't inconvenience you, do DDP Yoga and itll start you off and you'll feel better than you had before. 100% brother!

Had a little hope they were going to throw Lesnar in the mix but of course they went the boring way. *shrugs*

I would say that Chamber was a 8/10 before the ending happened. I love Kane but this whole angle is really fucking boring. I know they did it because of the Punk situation but still, why would you book WEEKS of Kane fucking over Bryan and then do it again? Didn't add any suspense. Well all knew it was going to happen so the last 5 mins was a complete waste of time. BUT Cole going off at the end at least saved it a little. They clearly acknowledge Bryan is over and the rub is coming. With that said i have 0 interest in Bryan, Bootista, and Orton. I want Bryan to go over but that match is going to be horrible.

A part of me wants Orton/Bootista just to see how bad could it be.

Holy crap at WWE's Facebook and Twitter. I wish there was a way I could post that CM Punk "Sit down, marks!" Gif worldwide. XD

I'm glad my final traditionally ordered WWE PPV had two awesome matches on it
and that AJ spoof of the Funkadactyl's entrance butt thing. :q

I went and shoveled out my neighbors in my apartment complex tonight (they are all over the age of 65 or so) and my lower back is just killing me. I am to the point of being overweight where I'm just grossed out by myself. I need something to kick me in the ass and get my flexibility back. When I was a teenager I could easily put my foot behind my head (I'm 5'11) but now I can't touch my toes without bending my knees. Arrrgh.

Would let Tony Parker sleep with his wife
anybody find it odd that Randy made fun of the Wyatts before his match at the Rumble and Cena never said anything about them, yet they attack Cena?

True in a sense, but Bruno/Backlund/Hogan weren't doing the same thing every week on TV for years like Cena has been. Cena wrestles more on TV in a year than Hogan did his entire Hulkamania run in the WWF. Also, Bruno/Backlund lost a lot of matches via count out/DQ to set up a blow off match. The super face is an archetype that WWE has been running with since the 60s, but they also didn't have as much exposure like Cena has had. Even Austin and Rock didn't have as many matches on TV. And people didn't turn on Bruno/Hogan/Backlund (well, kind of for Backlund) 4 months in to their run at the top of the company.

Cena has been so extremely over exposed and booked so strong that him dropping falls usually doesn't even matter because he's still portrayed as the face of the company no matter what. I felt Warrior's run as champion was sabotaughed by Hogan actually being MORE of the focus after he dropped the title. Warrior made like 3 appearances on TV between WM6 and Summerslam that year, while the main angle was Hogan/Earthquake and if Hogan was going to live after the attack. Warrior vs Rude was presented as a total after thought, with Rude and Brain doing almost all the promos for the feud.

I grabbed DDPYoga with the Max package deal from the SCSA show site. I got it yesterday and plan to start tomorrow. I have to go over the intro video to see the basic stuff for Diamond Dozen. I am not overweight (6'3 216lbs) but I have gotten really lazy/out of shape the last few years. Changed up my diet 2 months ago when I was 225 and hopefully this yoga can help make me feel even better.
