Apparently that homophobic bullshit costed the Briscoes a WWE contract as HHH pulled out of negotiations when he heard about those tweets. Good.

I mean I'm not a big fan of it, but there's a HUGE difference between calling someone a cocksucker and

"Damn there's a lot of fags out in New York today #WhatTheFuck"

and

"The Delaware Senate passed a bill yesterday that allows same sex couples to get married. If that makes you happy, then congratulations!!!!!!

I was worried I worded my post earlier incorrectly. I am sorry if it lead to some confusion.

Omega was in a tag team with Ibushi in DDT called Golden Lovers, they would hold hands, kiss etc (you can look at the post I made a page or so back that I warned is somewhat NSFW) he has said pretty explicitly that staying with NJPW was so he could do more work with Ibushi because it is the most emotional story he can tell and he has hinted at being bi. I am pretty sure he is not a homophobe in any way.

Cause it's not a reference to felatio anymore absent a reference of some sort to the appendage that is supposed to be felated.

Literally you suck or blow is just now completely in reference to just not being good and nothing more.

Whereas cocksucker is essentially just another way of saying the f word which in turn is saying you're not good and it is because you're gay.

It's also not clear that sucks completely originated or was solely a reference to felatio anyway

Because "sucks" has long lost its connotation and "cocksucker" is inherently more explicit.

There's a lot more hypocritical things you can point out.

I totally understand the point your trying to make. But "sucks" lost any connotation to felatio a long time ago where as "cock sucker" is more explicit and extremely to the point. There's no way you can really ever strip the homophobic connotation linked to that.

I dunno. To me, in the world of wrestling especially, it's pretty clear "you suck" is in reference to felatio. People over time have just accepted it and like you said, accept that it means you're not good.

Calling someone a cocksucker is definitely not something that I would say or call someone. I just find it weird how society deems two things (you suck, you blow) perfectly fine, but others are totally off limits.

Dunne and Andrews had a match at NXT (great one too) and Dunne is probably going to fight Bate for the UK title at Takeover so its not really surprising is it?

So, we've got: PROGRESS, ICW, FCP & ATTACK on the WWE side of things, NGW and the Butlins camps on the ITV side of things, and then everyone else stuck in the middle and probably better off not booking the WWE UK guys.

Good morning jabronis, marks and wrasslefans. I'm fully back and well after a 2 week bought with a nasty flu that put me in the hospital from Tuesday - Saturday after I had a seizure caused by low calcium. I knew I was dehydrated before that happened but damn, I didn't expect a seizure. Before the seizure my hands and feet were cramping which is something I had also never experienced before. I'm just glad I'm well and over this stuff and hope I never get that again.
