Aj Styles has a bigger profile than Bryan and came from a massive run in NJPW. He is also older.
Bryan was an "indie darling" that didn't know entertainment. Styles is more than an indie darling.
Punk made a concussion comment while being interviewed recently.

Fujin and Raijin (aka Komatsu and Tanaka from New Japan) are going to be on a show that CMLL is streaming next Tuesday. I'm honestly looking forward to this more than anything on Fast Lane or New Beginnings.

That's entirely misplaced blame. Sheamus was simply doing what he was told and working the spots as designed.
There are a lot of parties to blame here... but Sheamus isn't one of them and any fan that holds him responsible is completely misguided.

That is factually correct.
That explains why the match was edited so much on smackdown when it was live.
They wanted him to take a test before the show started but he bailed before he took the test.
Besides I don't think he has concussion problems because if he does why is he going into MMA where he is going to get punched in the head.

Wow that's brutal to watch now. The "Oh my god" and "Daniel Bryan is hurt" seem like legit reactions from the commentary. Sheamus is probably freaking out internally and wisely decides to just leave Bryan outside the ring for a count out.
I will be honest, I bet Barrett felt the worst after it all.
Sheamus handled it as best he could, making it convincing after realizing what was going on and going with the countout finish
When the NFL sees a player get hit they test him.
In the WWE Vince will tell them "I'll owe you one pal", unless it messes with his booking.
Everyone should be tested for CTE right now and if they fail they shouldn't wrestle under a publicly traded companies banner no matter what the economic risk is.
And yes I know CTE tests aren't finalized but there are brain damage and assessments tests they could do.

They should be getting the non-cursory CTE scans as well. They need to get the tests that Daniel Bryan had done in New York last month.
But that won't happen.

Concussion testing seems like its still very hit or miss right now. The basic stuff they have the wrestlers do by WWE medical staff is I guess a bit of a joke you could get through once you are actually literally still head spinning and seeing stars,
But I think at this stage it should be a mandatory thing that anyone in the WWE who has been wrestling for 5 years or a history of concussions should get whatever scan and testing Bryan got. Whatever the current best solution is.
If that CTE test Chris Nowinski and his team are working on becomes a reality then shit is going to get real because right now its still a lot of guess work about how much damage has actually been done. Right now they just dont know unless you physically examine the brain after death.
Even then politics will always play a part. Less bullshit will happen once Triple H takes over but you will still have bullshit.
