Ragna's character design is awful and put me off of BB for years. GG easily has the cooler looking characters to me.

Ragna is a generic as hell VN protagonist. He is a bumbling buffoon and gets dumped on by everybody until the plot requires the main character to be not completely worthless once in a blue moon. In my opinion Ragna is the least interesting part of his own story.
Edit: Sol never fucking up was balanced out by him being a jerk/asshole a vast majority of the time. It doesn't work nearly as well now because they softened his character so much.
Wiped him out of fighting game history :O

I guess I'm being inconsistent, but I can't separate Ragna from his moveset aesthetics in my head. I like his combat lines, too.
Tager has magnetizing hands - that's pretty damn cool. He also has the best theme in the game...yeah, I'm not being fair.
I love MJ. :-( I still defend him whenever people try to spread lies about him. Probably the most unfortunate downturn into death in our nation's history. Imagine what he would be doing with BLM and such going on right now. The man was a legitimate bridge between races.

His and Ragna's chest markings annoy the crap out of me too as there is still no explanation to them. But Naoto's has more detail on his.

I actually read this post where someone said he is nerfed in CF "if you like to play Hazama by fishing around with the hook", and I thought "wait, are there Hazama players that don't do that?" I've never seen a Hazama player actually engage in the neutral outside of D spam.
On that note, I need some good BBCPEX play of Hakumen. Too much old stuff out there.
