Balrog definitely has some week 1 stuff that will steal games. Overhead into big damage plus that Albatross into throw/hit mix up/no mix up in addition to 8 frames lag can do some work.

An idea for Dhalsim's V-Skill. Dhalsim and his opponent switch places upon activation.
Seems like it'd be a great idea for when someone is throwing Hadokens at you!
We looked into this idea, thinking it'd be too strong, but it actually wasn't strong at all, and it just made the person hit by it super angry!

That word actually is a type of udon noodle, the reason you relate it to....that thing is because of people misinterpreting.

The use of the word bukkake as a slang term to refer to a sexual act was popularized in the 1980s to 1990s in Japan by some pornography producers. For whatever reason the word spread to the English speaking world, where now it's known only as a sexual term. So people get all giggly and adolescent when they encounter it in Japan used in the original, much older meaning. Many Japanese people don't even know that 'bukkake' has a sexual connotation at all and are mystified at that reaction - or if they do know, they chalk it up to weird gaijin behavior.

Dhalsim already have a teleport that can switch sides, and depending on the move's start up/recovery, it's probably not as good as it sound.
