629 subs is like $1500 a month for Sp00ky. That's not much in the grand scheme of things.
that champ pop off was too much ahahha
man fchamp is making injustice look boring with sinestro
Zoning is going to be the predominant style of play for most fighting games starting out. Even MVC3 started out this way... remember fucking Team ASS? That's right.. Arthur/Storm/Sentinel stomping on scrubs day 1 of the game.
People don't know good combos, mobility options and are still trying to get the feel of the game. The best way to prevent people from learning on the fly is to zone them hard.
Once people learn their frame data and BnBs... the type of zoning that FChamp is doing will be obsolete within a week. Of course that is not to say that rushdown will predominate... maybe a superior type of zoning will be discovered but right now the level of play shown is day 1. People just sit at full screen holding up/forward and run into boulders and fireballs.
Is fchamp going to WNF? I hope he gets trashed.
Play Injustice, It's a good game.
Aris tweeted that and was 100% correct.Running a $2k tournament the day after a game comes out is the stupidest shit ever. Someone on twitter said that it's like paying people to pirate the game, and yeah, that's like 100% the case.

The tournament will still get the game exposure, which is what NRS is looking for.
Ultradavid and James Chen should just commentate everything. They're better than everyone even when they don't know anything.
Interactive stages are just fine. The elements are not random. (And controlled randomness is usually fine to a degree anyway.)I honestly think for tourney play interactive environments should be off but Transitions should stay on though.
Never had an interest in MK9.
I want to play/watch a lot of Injustice. Not gonna lie, 60% of it is the characters.

oh and the fact that NR actually puts content in their game unlike Capcom makes me want to get Injustice even more
There are two distinct character archetypes re: which parts they can interact with and how, right?Yeah but the combo factor and the fact that some players can't pick up some things and others can just has me leaning towards having them off.
Yeah, I can't say the same for Chen here. James rocks when he knows the game and keeps it short, though.UltraDavid in particular is good at explaining game mechanics during a match, which is good when there's a new game being played.
90 players for Injustice? Kinda surprising that Persona had more at its debut and it didn't have 2 grand on the line.
It really sucks that the only DC character I give 2 shits about is Batman b/c Injustice looks fun.
Watch Xian win it.
This button check reminds me of MK9 button checks....
