Justin too solid. Great blocking, not falling for dumb day 1 shenanigans. Also using his Bats really well to set up cross ups and pressure... he's using the bats like Marvel players use assists. Also going for throws.

Delicious.

And using stage hazards well.

I can attest that Injustice button config is fucking weird. I had to look up what the default controls are online because you can apparently override the defaults permanently.

How does the Wager system work?

Once per player per match, in the second life bar

It breaks a combo

If the attacker wins, they do a chunk of damage

If the defender wins, they regain health

The amounts of health are determined by the difference in how meter much each player spends

When you're on the second bar of health you can hit forward + meter burn to serve as a one time combo breaker and bet meter against the opponent. If you both have full meter and use it all nothing will happen, if they have no meter and you have full meter you regain ~35% health or something. If you use it as a combo breaker and have no meter and they have full meter you will take 30something damage instead.

I like it a lot, actually, because meter in this game is damn important.

Like a burst, then you spend meter, if you spend as much as them it negates it or does damage/heals you if you win depending on if you are the attacker or defender

Is it baitable?

Is it baitable?

No but you can sort of play chicken because you'll know if the other player actually wagered some meter (the button prompts disappear on a player's clash meter when they actually wager something). Because there situations where you may want to keep the meter and don't mind losing the wager.
