For example Justin Wong and Ricky's Rufus or PR Balrog's Bison don't really allow Evil Ryu to really leverage his strengths. For some reason, a large number of foreign players play the type of characters that nullify Evil Ryu's best traits. Against Infiltration, it's probably best to use Ryu.
