Was kind of hoping to see Tachigawa playing. Daigo said his two biggest inspirations when he first started playing SF2 in the 1994 arcades were Tachigawa, a ryu player, and Ogou (Yaya Sagat).

It makes me sad KoF and BBCP probably won't get main stage (BBCP 2.0 being the cause of its demise, alas).
I would not be surprised if EVO 2016 has USF4 and SF5, with Capcom / Sony throwing a massive pot at the "final" USF4 tournament.
Hm, for P4AU/P4U2 maybe. Granted, I'm not aware of what the current state of the community for the game looks like. That said, it seems like something that would get plenty of viewer attention due to the popularity of Persona as a franchise. Neither Xrd nor BBCP ever had a chance of selling anywhere near as much as that wound up doing either, though it's still depressing to see just how poorly Xrd sold in Japan. There's also the benefit of the 2.0 patch coming to arcades starting this Thursday, which will rebalance the game and add all of the console characters.

I meant just for Sunday's lineup. Xrd is probably a shoe in for Evo because of simply the name .
Regarding Persona, P4U2's timing isn't the greatest. They are patching arcades but there's no word on when that update will come to consoles. It would need to happen before evo.
If there's a second airdasher game it really depends on what Evo staff considers the most important. If you ask me, I would like P4U2 to be there as well.

Daigo vs Gamerbee has to happen on the 28th-30th because Daigo has an event in Japan from the 31st- Feb 1st. That event is a Topanga event at Nico Nico's Tokaigi event which is a gaming convention celebrating all kinds of games. Momochi, Bonchan, Tokido, Mago, and Daigo will all play one another.

Xrd had the second most entrants behind just USF4 at KiT this past weekend(yet wasn't even on the main stream ;p), overall sales doesn't accurately reflect the health of the game's competitive scene.
