Fighting Games Weekly | July 15-21 | Post-EVO Pillow Talk
But it's not the same as Storm. Justin played his team better than I've seen anybody play anything in Marvel. His fundamentals way outclass anybody else in that top 8. The closest character to something Justin would play is probably Trish and he used to play her.
Justin showing off that new, hidden Marvel tech: staying patient, adapting to your opponent, and being precise.

Pit stop 109 is a guilty pleasure of mine. Night time level is so bad it's great.

I hope Elena still has her kara-grab from 3S.

Jurassic park and metal Zangief are going to look so weird in SF4. Blast furnace should look pretty nice. Or it could end up like the volcano stage, depending on the saturation.

Those are the two that bug me, too (dinosaurs and space elevators in SF, I mean). The others are fine, whatever. But those two are an odd fit, especially because...

Six stages and they can't even put in the rooftop stage.

dammit

Yeah. :/

Thanks! I'll try not to upset the FGW feng shui.

Just don't expose my scrubiness.

It's our secret!

metal zangief is already in the game.

Yes, as a costume. Now he'll be a background character trying to get in during lift off. It isn't the same if you look as alts being outside of the universe while the backgrounds are part of the universe. Though I guess the latter is out now.

They should make it so if you pick Zangief on that stage, they'll swap the background character with mecha Seth. Similar to the airfield stage and the Shadaloo characters.

Can someone explain this? Why hate/love spooky? Who is he?

He is the most prominent fighting game streamer. For a long time, he did everything free, but then he started getting tons of work and wasn't making any money, while his stream chat moved at 1000mph and was filled with trash. So, he put a $5 pay wall on chat to slow things down, clean things up, and hopefully get support from people who have been watching him.

The 14 year olds and people who apparently have credit scores in the negatives flocked to another chat room to watch his streams and think that charging $5 a month for chat is "selling out" so they hate on him.

To be fair most of those people are just in for the laughs, I'll hate or love on him depending on the chat just because I have a blast with all this crap, I love Spooky.

The best stage in SFxT which isn't saying much.
I'm guessing that it's because it directly references Tekken. The same with urban warzone.

The remaining stages are too closely tied with SFxT lore (lol fighting game story) with the pandora stuff.
That makes sense. Thanks for the info.
Spooky does a lot of streaming, and he gets very little out of it. Morons hate him because he is trying to make money now.
That or because they can't post BibleThumps and Kreygasms anymore thanks to sub only chat. I hate sub only. Let me be a part of the moment, Spooby!

I'm guessing lag? Strange that only Capcom games suffer from this issue. All other fighters play just fine wherever.

I think most people like it because there isn't a lot of things going on. Some also count the squares between them and the opponent. Really helps if you're a grappler or someone with strong normals.

I see. That's pretty funny, I'm pretty sure most of those people are just being silly about it though.

Twitch chat, for any channel, did not load for me at all for the whole weekend until EVO was finally done. I was fine without it, but yeah.

Yeah, I feel prettty confident in saying that probably not a single one of them actually meant their "fuck Spooby" comment. They're just clowning around as poverty chat does.
