I usually don't reply to things unless I know I've been making errors and would like to answer for them but here's the deal

I ran both WNF and TRB streams this week since the rest of the crew was working at E3. I also work a fulltime job that starts at 8am, so when WNF ends at 2am and I get home at 3am only to wake up at 7am the next day, it means I'm super tired when I get off of work at 5PM to drive an hour to Super to setup for TRB. KOF was the headline game, which is why it got the most airtime. Jint, the Marvel bracket runner said he would hold grand finals for me till KOF finished. When KOF Grand Finals started, Jint came to me again and said the Marvel finalists were tired and wanted to go home, so I let run it off stream.

Could this have be communicated to the viewers? Probably, but you reach a point in exhaustion where logical thoughts go by the wayside and you are just trying to get through the night and hope you don't fall asleep driving home and die a horrible death. Yes you missed Marvel action this week, but you also got some fantastic KOF action that you don't usually get due to Marvel being the headline game at TRB for most weeks. I love both communities and try to represent them the best I can at the TRB (I thought commentary was great this week, even though Metaphysics was dead tired at the end).

TL:DR REALLY????

I wouldn't worry about them too much, Marvel fans in general have a tendency to be somewhat spoiled.

Yeah, it's no big deal man. Don't let the stream monsters cause you too much grief. We're all happy we get tons of FG content from you guys every single week. Keep up the good work, don't let the rotten apples spoil you!

Yeah, so either they just didn't bother updating the challonge, or it's still going but they're not streaming it. They just took the stream offline with no mention of whether there would be any more marvel or any mention of who won.

Seriously, fuck Level Up. They've been sloppy and unprofessional as hell lately.

And now i see why offcast made this post.

Ignore the babies, most of us are thankful that we actually have streams to watch.

Thanks for replying to us and clarifying wuts up. Thanks for the hard work and the commentary was indeed godlike this week.

what is the set up like for KOF at the runback? seems like that game goes on forever. i know the matches tend to last longer than marvel but is there enough set ups to make the tournament go faster?

YO WE GOT DAT ANTI MORRIGAN TECH
i wouldn't call it anti tech as chris can easily change his team around to fight modok. i think the real problem is that chris doesn't have much experience against modok.

I'm biased as hell, but I think you should still play KOF 13, even as a side game. It's tremendously helped my execution in Marvel and AE. Jussayin.

Yeah. This. I started with AE and playing KOF13 really showed me how fucking awful and imprecise my motions are.

I gotta stick with West Coast and go with fanatiq, especially since he's been doing a lot of secret prepwork.

For KOF there are a lot of stations, its just the game takes a lot longer to get through.

Yowza, OK so is there a NicoNico link to watch it then?

There is, BUT you have to pay to watch them. Also, the archive for the scheduled/played matches are up for 24 hours, then they disappear into limbo.

I'm actually capturing them and saving them on my desktop! ^_^
