I paid 1980 JPY for a 0.5 kg package and 2340 JPY for a 0.7 kg package in total with that 500 JPY charge with registered airmail when I ordered stuff.

Yeah they will. Most Japanese games seem to release either a better version or a sequel to their game a year later. Especially Monster Hunter clone. Not sure if I should just wait for that because the framerate of the new game looks terrible.
