Took 18 10+1 summon on the simulator to get a banner 5* and it was Fire Veritas (desperately need a chainer), I'd be ok getting him but I'm not Cresus so pass.

EDIT : This is for the lucky guy who will get both 5* on the same summon

They are pretty even in all honesty, but I wouldn't be surprised if EV surpasses enhanced WoL once he gets his own, which is probably the next batch for JPN.

Chances are that skill will be enhanced in JP, so it's likely that they'll enhance that skill in a different way in GL (if that is the case). Will need to see how they handle Lunera to get an idea of what they're going to do I guess.

Lol, even with the fake news reveal people are breaking right and left for the veritas. I'm still planning just dailies until the announcements for the next week. It'll have to be a raid, and if it's FFXI I'll throw some tickets out since that means Nier is another month out. Eve and A2 being on the raid banner would be such a relief but nobody expects that to happen anymore.

People should break for this banner, it's fucking fantastic lol. One of the best chainers who has mad versatility, one of if not the best finisher, Victoria is a great chaining mage, and Tim....oh lil Tim, the 5* max break champion with a nice hat. Overall this banner is better than Nier in terms of usefullness outside of 9S TM.

Edit: Oh, I forgot about Earth Veritas. Now a top tank. What isn't to like about this banner in all honesty outside of it not having a a sprite with a jiggly butt or some shit lol.

If you need anything on the banner I would go for it, however I would make sure you have some resources to try for 2 9S on Nier if it does happen to come next. That TM is just too good to not get 2 of. Outside of that though? Meh, unless the 2 GE units are good, which they very well could be.

#teamallin here. My original plan was to roll dailies until we see what the next banner is - and I believe that's still, by far, the best course to follow for any non-whale who has interest in both this banner and Nier - but I think I'm just going to go hard on day 1 and let come what may. Moonblade and Deathbringer aren't going to use themselves, here.

At the very least, it's going to be two sets of robes and hats for my Trance Terras...

I really want to go all in too, apparently there is a chance that the Veritas will get JP enhancement in 10 days, if they do I'll YOLO probably.

Got Fohlen to 100 today, so he's my first maxed 6-star. He is very strong but not enough carry me on his own through difficult content due to lack of gear and supporting units. Still, looking forward to beefing up my team and seeing his numbers increase.

Man, hype literally is like a tide. Yesterday everyone is like "hard pass, 2 5* banner, 3 crap banners in a row, they're baiting us for Nier" and now today everyone is all in. Gacha games really are something.

I'm sticking with my convictions and at least doing 3 10+1's or until I get DV. Might re-up some lapis too.

I LOVE Fohlen. He is wonderful. And he has an AOE, which is nice for the arena, and a decent wind attack. Great little unit with a shitload of HP.

Every single unit on this upcoming banner are either good or great, specially the Veritas trio. That's quite rare nowadays.

I'm pulling on this banner as well, instead of waiting for Nier that we don't even know when it's coming.

In my defense I said i was all in from the start. I stuck with my convictions on the current banner also, so I am learning some self control! The Veritas banner was my most anticipated upcoming banner for awhile now. 5 great units, 5 good-great TM's 3 armor clad badasses. Yeah, all in. (No tickets though, saving those still) I will only not go all in if it takes me something like 10 multi pulls before I pull a rainbow, then it's pull until a rainbow and I'm out.

Not that you are wrong....but you probably own already at least one of the top tier 5* chainer right ?

I feel like its always easier to just pick the cherries if you are already are set role wise with your team. Same way that pulling for Ayaka or however she will be called is crazy for someone who already own Tillith....but the person still rocking Fina or Rosa might be willing to go all out there.

Tbf hippo and across said they were in yesterday. And I said I was down for 20 tickets yesterday for Victoria.

Today I'm caught on the fence for lapis pulls because of the EV buff, coupled with the fact I've always wanted DV.

True, I have Orlandu. But he was on a single 5* banner and it still cost me dearly to get him. I'm not saying people shouldn't pull at all. I'll be doing dailies and tickets too. It is a fantastic banner. I just want people to consider if this is the one, especially when they were singing the praises of a different banner two days ago. DV is good enough to spend everything to get him. Is he good enough to spend everything and not get him?

He is better than Orlandu in much better banner than Orlandu, this is the definition of no brainer on every Gacha dictionary.

Oh okay...i for sure wont go all out on that banner. When i say ill pull on a banner that just means ill use like 10 tickets and be done with it. I dont even do dailies.

I dont think any non-f2p Gaffer will use everything they have on this banner with Nier coming up soon. The banner is just so good that the "no-pulls at all policy" is being liften for now xD

But yeah if i had Orlandu, Aileen, Fry etc. it would be easier to skip those Banner.

I totally get it. There's been plenty of banners I've flip flopped on and ended up pulling, it's just crazy how a community essentially makes us all a bunch of enablers for each other, lol.

To be fair, people have been anticipating and hoping to pull for the Veritas banner for a LONG time. Before the Nier banner was even confirmed for Global.

Since i wasnt playing during Orlandu.....i realized that the only times i went all out on Banners were the first FFIV with Cecil...and the first Trap banner with Zidane.

Holy shit...i used everything i had while both banners were up and didnt get neither Cecil nor Zidane. That was brutal lol.

It cant get any worse than this...at least with 5* you know that they are supposed to be rare. But not getting the featured 3* back then with so many pulls was just cruel.

Literally happens every time, just 1 positive post is all it takes for people to go from a hard pass into a maybe, which becomes all in... cool beans, I'll use the new units on my flist~

On one hand, it is a very solid banner, on the other it has two damn 5* bases so if what you really want is DV, good luck with that. This is what turns me off from the banner. If you don't have WoL, I'd say this banner is a no brainer because you are likely to get EV and at the same time, roll the dice for one of the 5* but if you already have WoL and as Rix pointed out, the Creepy Mask and another accessory I'm spacing, you don't need the three non-5* base units. So for me, DV is the only thing I'd want out of it and thus it's not worth pulling on as much as I'd like to have him.

I'd recommend my buddy that recently started playing go all in since he doesn't have a tank but this banner doesn't make sense for me. I instead will break the cardinal rule and go all in on Ayaka because Refia is really the only unit I need to upgrade. I can easily roll with Noctis and Tidus as my DPS units and WoL as my tank going forward plus Rikku and Marie as support options. I just need to upgrade healer and I'm set. That said, I'd very much like a third DPS since you don't always need support and that is why I'd really like Dark Veritas. There's always off banner ;p I'll be more willing to toss resources at top tier DPS again once I have Ayaka. Don't care about Onion Knight though so not sure who I'll go after yet. It's a shame the Veritas is coming this soon, would be great if Ayaka came first.


Also, for those looking for resolve, Kouriozan and I are your champions. We always show restraint and have a ton of lapis and tickets saved up for F2P ;p When we say we won't pull, we in fact won't pull ;p

Anybody got the rewards from the One store yet? I've got the app downloaded but when I try to log in via facebook it throws some error (in Korean) and boots me back out.

Edit: Never mind, Facebook login wouldn't work but Google account did.

This week has been awful for me in the Arena, already at 5 matches lost and I haven't lost in the past 3 months, and there is that f*cking team with Rem that drain all my MP everytime like it's the only move she can use.
