Haha. This game. Got Kain's BSB yesterday and got a dupe today.

Also got Ashe's Defiance and Ingus' Aegis Shield.

Overall I went 10/33 with 2 dupes. Pretty good. :) Still no burst heal though! :(

1/11, Edea BSB.

Needed a damage-focused mage burst and hers is great so I'm satisfied. Waiting for her MC3 is going to suck, though.

3/11 today. Agrias BSB, Onion Knight BSB, Hope BSB2.

As much as i dislike being showered with more items for Hope, very happy with the other 2!

... Those two are actually excellent.

Edwards BSB inflicts Imperil Holy and is one of the best things to stack with Vessel of Fate for physical teams, in addition to Dual Breakdown commands.

Galufs is amazing as it allows him to offheal the party whilst doing damage at the same time. Does Imperil Fire as well.

So I have Raines BSB, Kuja BSB (Imperil Dark), and Emperor BSB (Dark/Wind, with access to potentially 8* Fujin Dagger) and Yuna BSB2. That's ... basically a Mage shout and Wall away from absolutely disgusting.

Yesterday i got Fujin's jacket for the millionth time and Krile's Bsb which is new. Today i got Locke's bsb and Yuffie's bsb, both new for me. I am pretty happy overall!

Once I get Onion up to 90 whatever I'll have 3 stackable magic shouts, OK(Mag Att) Serah(Mag Mnd) and Kuja(Mag). There's a reddit post now asking about mage teams which links to set ups for max magic output for Tiamat. Add in a RM boost and I'll be hitting for 3 wind according to that. Dont think any of those use summons tho...still insane blk damage.

The Wizer Rod dupe is hilarious since I got my first one yesterday so guess I'm combining that. Locke's BSB seems alright and since I have Terra's enfire SSB and her OSB this ought to make FF6 CM content hilarious, although getting this now has bumped up my chances of dupes on FF6 banner 1 which I sitll intend to pull on. Edward's Harp seems kinda wacky but based on comments on this page is apparently alright? Still not sure that I'd run it outside of CM purposes.

I pulled Orlandeau's BSB, now I have to learn to use this with his OSB. Pretty ridiculous how I used all my mythril chasing his gear during his event and getting nothing, and now getting both his OSB and BSB from 2 different lucky draw banners within a week or so.

2/11; Got the Penelo and Sazh bursts.

Panelo is interesting. Offensive command with self mind boost. Entry damages and heals and gives party +mag/mnd (poor Selphie). It's also my 5th white mage burst so white mage meta here we go...though come to think of I might have forgotten Tiny Bee in that count...

Sazh looks cool too (even if I don't need yet another party Atk/Mag) so I went to the hall of rites ready to use an MC3 and oh...so I can use record spheres but not get him to level 99 while Eiko can get level 99 but can't use record spheres
will Sazh get MC3 before she gets those though? plus I imagine if she does get them global will make her have exclusive -HP ones as a response to "no more apples in the vending machine, please" style complaint...

I was so freaking anxious for this Lucky Draw, but I got Vanille & Auron's Bursts, both new. I was so relieved I was actually shaking a bit. FINALLY I have a Healer BSB.

So after the dud of the Healer Lucky Draw, the other two netted me four new BSBs, and another of Terra's Tiaras. (While being a dupe, is a useful piece of equipment.) Already a big improvement over the last fest.

Didn't get 50 billion out of 33 like some of you, but the 6/33 that I got were all new, so can't complain.

Curaga LD: Yshtola/Aerith BSB.
EnElement LD: Ricard SSB/Kuja SB.
BSB LD: Zidane/Ashe BSB.

Bring on Players Choice/2nd Anni Banners!

Leila's BSB is pretty awesome. EnBio, reduced cast time x4 hit on CMD1 and CMD2 has the very very rare Mug Atk/Mind debuff/buff to Leila.

Synergies well with Poison Leaf 5* ability which we just got from them Emperor event.

Cloud BSB2 (x2) (stoked, have a really good physical wind team now)
Sephiroth BSB (which is supposed to be useful as bosses get ridiculous def)
WoL BSB (meh, won't ever use him and already have a great holy team).

Not bad over all. No dupes!

Tell me how I did guys. No clue how good they are but I'm happy at first glance.

2/11, no dupes.

Ff7 cid burst and Snow's burst.

My wind team looking nice now, have fang, cid and luneth. And 7 was one realm I was really lacking any good items. Just have clouds guise as only other 7 relic.

Snow my first good ice relic so bonus there.

Yesterday after over 1.5 years of playing was my first 3/11.

Then today was my first 4/11, not a single dupe either. Very happy.

Zidane Burst, Dark Cecil Burst (I never use him, i mean does anybody really?), Zell's burst, and Balthier's burst.

This brings my total bursts up to around 12-15 without recounting.

Again, very happy.


I'm almost out of mythril, at 35 now. I may have to actually spend some money on this game, which would be the first time (not counting 100 gem pulls) since around Summer of last year. I'm not against dropping 30 bucks once in a while, it's just that I don't have quite the salary I use to when I was a Whale wannabe.

I know people keep reasking the same questions over and over like what's next, when is this, etc, but what is in the immediate future for relic pulls?

Anything besides event 100gem pulls (for me) and Banner 4 and 5? And of course the free pull. I'm trying to figure out if 30 bucks is going to cover the last of this banner frenzy.

I indeed pulled on this one, Freya's and Faris' BSB. Faris is top tier I guess, still underwhelming though. Freya is trash in every FF spin off :(

On one hand, it's a disappointing SB focused on status effects which barely effect most bosses. On the other hand, CHAINSAW.

I suppose I could make a Poison team too now, with BSB Edgar, BSB Quistis, BSB Onion, Wall/BSB Tyro, BSB Vanille/BSBUSB Aerith. Is there a good Imperil Poison I can RW?

Edit: Similar question for Dark Imperil. I have EnDarks in Jecht and Gaff BSBs, Seph's SSB and Kuja's SB.

Honestly don't spend 30 bucks on gambling with gacha, even with G5. Especially if you can't really afford it.

There's always new relics and power creep down the road. Cloud's USB and ExtremeFest are about 3-4 months away and they have the potential to be complete game changers.

Healer pull was just ok. 4/11 but 3 were dupes (new one was Aerith BSSB). Good for CM.

En yesterday got me Balthier's jacket and my fourth(!) Kuja gloves.

So I wasn't expecting much today either.

Went 3/11 and got Minfillia, Emperor and Terra BSSBs, all new. Terra's is pretty outdated but the other two are solid, I won't complain.

Add this to my Seltzer BSSB from my $1 pull and my Anniversary time is much, much better than last year.

2/11 - Zell BSB and Gilgamesh BSB (dupe)

Overall:
5/33
BSBs - Vanille, Zell, Gilgamesh (dupe)
SSBs - Rosa, Lulu

Not a bad haul for 75 mithral all things considered with Vanille's BSB as the grand prize, but it could have been a lot better.

Is Zell's BSB actually good? I've heard as much, but I haven't seen anything special when using it as an RW.

2/11 on this one for a total of 7/33 with 4 dupes...

Ended up getting Maria's BSB which is awesome and Locke's BSB which is a dupe.

Either way I'm pretty happy. Only wish I'd been able to grab Minfilia's BSB and Firions.
