Final Fantasy Tactics Advance length

I'm playing through the game and was wondering where in the game I'm at. I've put about 19 1/2 hours in the game, completed 75 missions, have 3 of the super special attacks (forget what they're called), and am now being actively hunted by the judges in the storyline. How much more is left and how long did it take you to beat the game?

FFTA has 300 missions.

I only clear 6 missions and got confusing cuz i ended up killing my own teammates.

The enemies and my teammates look almost eactly alike. That's what i hate about it and i couldn't finished it. Plus just found out not too long ago this game have 300 mission what really turned me off.

Get glasses. Your guys have blue status windows and enemies have red ones.

And why would one want a SRPG that is short? Enlighten us

You're a good way through the game it sounds like. You'll have Totema skill for each race (obviously) before you're done. Even after you finish the final boss there are more missions available.

As to being confused which unit is on which side: 1) units are different colors depending on their alignment and 2) when you pass the cursor over a unit it tells you if it's good (blue) bad (red) or neutral/NPC ally (green). :p

I beat the main quest after perhaps 40 hours. I beat the 300th mission after perhaps 85, and I finished the extra missions afterwards after another 5 or so.

I do spend a great deal of time in menus planning and the original Final Fantasy Tactics took me about 100 hours.

Put around 75 hours into it myself and finished ~280 of the 300 missions. Most of the remainder consisted of dumb 'dispatch' missions that require a blue-mage or something. In fact of the 300 missions, probably 200 of them are non-interactive dispatch types...lame. Still didn't stop me from getting hooked.

I had to stop when I had to fight that Prince-butler with Marle. It was too damn hard and I didn't want to uplevel with items anymore.

What about missions that require a link with another GameBoy to become available. Any way to unlock those other than linking? (I don't really want to buy another copy of FFTA just to get a couple extra missions). :p
