I don't know how to change the graphics, so I'll try that if I find out how.

Your GPU is downclocking. It's 60 FPS on my 770 at 3200x1800.

Fixing the "small" stuff is usually the hard part, so don't get your hopes up yet.

Likely you have an Nvidia GPU...look a few pages back, you need to fix it by forcing High Performance in Nvidia Control.
What's happening is that your GPU is not using all its resources cause FFXIII at 720p requires literally jack-shit to run.
CSAA X16 in Fullscreen Mode. And AF X16

Already checked and there are 3 options, full screen, Japanese voices and if you want the box to show again.anyone dove into any .ini's or anything yet? Maybe there's some options.

I mean if they pre-record the cutscenes...and it's already 60gb at 720p for dual audio, I can imagine they would need like 1TB to support or the other resolutions? Or is there a better way...
I'm on a Nivida GPU...I started the game in Window, saved, and went back to Fullscreen and the settings applied. Going to do more testing. I forgot I'm using FXAA as well, why not.in fullscreen how ? mine seems to only work in windowed.
