yes, but you have to do things to be able to fly in a zone. You will be on foot till you do.

BLM gets area based haste effect...throw down a circle, have to stay in it to get haste. Only for the person who cast it. Gonna be fun trying to hit those max deeps by staying in the circle.

Also new ability sharpcast- always gives you proc next cast.
