None of the DRK skills say an MP cost from what I can tell, so I bet that is it, we know many of them will. So Unleash would be 9% MP? Or something akin to that.

Xaela pretty close to Hyur Highlander. same strength and one less vit.

Poking around the dungeons and trials on Garland Tools, it looks like the iLevel to hit in 3.0 is going to be 145. Level 60 story stuff ranges from i142-i145 in requirement.
EX primals appear to have no minimum iLevel so.

Some interesting info on AoE for Bards.
Rain of Death and Bloodletter share the same recast timer, and Rain of Death had its TP cost taken out in exchange for a 15 second cooldown. I believe this means that the River of Blood trait should effect Rain of Death now, meaning Bard's AoE game just got a buff. Should be nice.

Well even if you don't get the recast from crit dots, you still have a 100 potency aoe on an off gcd timer, so, in theory, you get more AoE? You have an ability to supplement quick knock spam. \o/River of Blood only procs off DoTs though, and in large AOE situations (>3 enemies) you usually aren't keeping DoTs up because it's more TP efficient to just Quick Nock.
I am not near math-inclined enough to work this out, but you basically have to weigh the TP cost of running X sets of DoTs across mobs/the lost AOE DPS from keeping them up for a shot at being able to RoD vs the TP cost of just Quick Nock spam. QN spam is reliabe, RoD usage will be RNG'd to hell and it didn't get a potency buff.
Maybe there's some interaction with Iron Jaw? But it mostly seems like something you'll use largely in situations where you're just single-targeting through adds.

I had not played in a while. I realized I had never finished the main story quests yesterday. I was stuck on Pass the Smell Hest as I had tried to queue up for it a few times and had no luck finding a party for Hests. I got past that and a few quests past King Mog. Funny fight. Does anyone know offhand if there are any more dungeon or party related quests after King Mog? I don't mind doing these Story quests for XP when the expansion launches but I fear I might have some trouble queuing up for old content while everyone is doing new stuff.
Also I notice I was kicked from the GAF Ultros guild a long while back. I no longer have access to that account and have a new one on a different server that I was thinking of transferring. Am I banned from the GAF Ultros guild or something or am I welcome on my new character?
