I was kind of getting Leanne vibes.Stella (her name is still Stella right?) looks like a blonde Serah

Keiji Fujiwara, yes same voice actor.
Also a disgrace that one should know him by that shitty role
Straight up.I cried tears when this played.
The only gameplay shown was running straight and rolling to dodge in very small linear hallways. The story looked as hammy and heavy handed as any FF.
It was no more interesting than Ryse or Destiny, even though it had more things smashing into other things and explosions. It was "next-gen" in a nutshell: flashy and boring.
Not to say it won't be a good game. It might. Nothing in the trailer was interesting though.
Yeah, I'd say you have a point there.I was kind of getting Leanne vibes.

Final Fantasy XV is exclusive. Sony was trying to work out Kingdom Hearts III before the conference. I have heard Sony is helping with XV to get the game out in a timely fashion.
Who wants this avatar?

Couldn't avatarize the others.
The difference is in the scale. Also, the details on the models looked really detailed.Really pleased by this, exciting trailer, beautiful game....But couldn't this run on ps3 ?
I mean I've seen so many amazing things on this console (Uncharted 3, GOW3, the last of us) that I really wonder it is not possible for a AAA ps 3 title to look like this nowadays.
Also, the part where the blond character comes and help Noctis, well, the in-game character models didn't scream "Next gen" to me (comparing to Second son or MGS V for instance).
Why I Ezio in this game???Cast of FFXV:

Why are they recycling Irvine?
This trailer blew my mind. Took me a while to realise the segment in the house was gameplay. The boss battles and God of War like gameplay segments at the end....wow.
I'd love to hear how much of that trailer was completely realtime. Anyone heard anything?
No, it's a fantasy based in reality. Is this a dream, guys?![]()
We already saw this in the 2011 trailer.
fixedNomura is back, and it feels good.
I agree for the (obviously) CG parts, but the only closeup we got in-game doesn't really seem THAT detailed to me (more current gen)Also, the details on the models looked really detailed.
I need high quality version of this trailer now!!
Seriously. I hope they put it on the PSN like they've done for previous ones.I need high quality version of this trailer now!!
Yeah, but we believe they learned from their three mistakes (FFXIII and its sequels).Don't get too excited..
let's remember that modern Square Enix is making this game.. the people who brought you FFXIII...
Yet with no Toriyama in sight.Don't get too excited..

Holy shit it's Quinn!

Pretty interesting mini-map.
UI on the left says:
Warp
Attack
Link Form
And you can see he can switch to spears and other weapons.

Because Uncharted invented climbing on things? The game looks fucking horrible in my opinion. Looks like an action title, and they are trying way to hard to copy western action titles.
No, I mean like a logo morph during a trailer. I can picture it already: 2 minutes of gorgeous CGI and dialogue that makes no sense, followed by the Final Fantasy Versus XIII logo, and then the "Versus" and "XIII" switch places and turn into XV. Coming to PS4 in 2014.
Versus was always going to be more of an action title. The game looks fucking horrible in my opinion. Looks like an action title, and they are trying way to hard to copy western action titles.
