The reason why the invasion at Insomnia gameplay has been cut is because Regis does not want Noctis to know what's going on. Tabata did say it's for story related reasons anyway.
I refuse to believe! He said we'd be able to explore it in some capacity. Besides, the invasion set piece wouldn't take place throughout the whole city like in the world map.

I'm sure there will be a playable section of Insomnia. However, I could see it being the devastated post-invasion Insomnia shown at the end of the demo instead of the pristine capital prior to the invasion.

So "Regis" in Dawn could probably be the real King while the other guy could be a fake King? That does explain why this character in Dawn doesn't have a voice because that would probably reveal the fact that they are two different people, also is there any real relation with this "Red eyes" thing? In the summary on the site "Noctis is shocked to learn that he, his father the king, and his betrothed are believed dead." They think his Dad the King is dead, but the fake one may have died and the real one lives.

I brought up the eyes thing before, but it looks like Gladio's eyes than the ones Noctis has.
Heck, that guy in general reminds me of Gladio.
Still, the past two pages are fanfic until Tabata explains the design "changes". I actually don't believe any of what I've said. Although, the old design Regis looking scared but not defending himself is something.
Tabata said that was Regis and they changed his design a lot. I don't know why people are coming up with all these conspiracy theory. I know he is not voiced but that could be for many reasons (rushed trailer, changing VA, the tone of voice might give spoiler, etc.) I could understand if this was Kojima or something....but it's not.

I was imagining something like the fellow below:
Though, I was thinking of her just being a goofy side character where her recurring joke is that people forget she exists.
Or maybe as a "Cloud/Sephiroth" side-quest Ver. 2 kind of thing where Sora runs into Noctis who is looking for someone. And we'd all assume it's Lunafreya Something Something for obvious reasons, but it turns out to be a person who looks suspiciously like Stella, but they won't say the name directly. Cue hilariously difficult boss fight with flying magical swords everywhere.

"Will all the tracks be live orchestra or will there be sequenced music too?"

I was over the moon when she responded to me on Twitter after the E3 2013 trailer. I just had to thank her somehow after that. I thought it was the best thing I had ever seen and especially heard at that moment. I was the only one she responded to!

FFXV cosplay at Gamescom.
Funny, the guy doing the Gladiolus cosplay at 3:05 was there doing multiple characters. When I was at GC he was running around as Wakka (his GF as Cindy).
I expect it to be similar to the PS1 games, there are maybe 2-3 major areas, and then several smaller areas. I'd say apart from Lucius and Altissia, maybe Nifelheim will have it's own large area(though that world map only showed 2 big areas), and the rest of the towns will be roughly Lestallum size(which seems like it's big enough for a cool quest line about that mining company).
In the end, all that really matters is the story, and how well it's paced. Even in the old games you never really went to that many large cities, but the story still progresses quite well.
It's Luna in the cosplayer's vision of her casual dress. It's clearly based on Stella's old look :'(...
You can see the regret in Tabata's eyes as the apparition approaches him; taunting him that his despicable actions will never be forgotten. Shimomura outstretches her hand sorrowfully, knowing that she too was complicit in the foul betrayal.
And the impostor continues to sit on her throne, smugly clenching her hand as Regis' corpse joins Stella's...
If you read Tabata's lips he clearly says "My deepest condolences".
"Just give me another German beer, i'll knock myself out".

IDK why everyone keeps saying this. It's clear that, during the stand-off, Regis summoned swords as well. They're pointing directly at Idola.

Anyways, he says he planned to release 'that sort of information' at PAX/TGS. so it could be the release year info that he had to announce it after backlash, not the exact date.
