This is not coming out anywhere in 2015. No chance. This is coming earliest to Japan by mid 2016. All they've shown is the same area over and over again and that says something. Square usually says that VOs begin during the end of development but they mentioned that the demo will be ENG dubbed as well so this is the reason why english dubs are already here.

They are showing the same area because that's what will be in the demo, we are only getting the demo footage until its realeased with Type-0, then they will start to show the rest. But I do agree that the game is not coming before 2016.

Well, FF13-LR has it, FF13 on PC has it and i think Type-0 is going to have it.
So It would be a step back if they didn't include it.

The only voice that sounds fitting for me is Gladio's, the rest sound off, maybe because I'm used to the Japanese ones

Agreed. Naruto himself sounds horrendous in English, but Yuri Lowenthal is a talented actor. Sasuke was the best voice in that show.

It's harder to find the vehemently bad when there is nothing of substance either way to latch onto. You just get inflections and intonations which drive home the intended emotions.

There's a crowd the becomes used to them. I can think of plenty bad english VA that is a deal breaker for me.
