Devastation is an A? I thought a lot of players haven't even received their winnings for that tournament yet. I think I heard that a lot of people are missing winnings from previous Devastations as well...

I'd say this is a pretty fair list... I would personally put something like Canada Cup up to A instead of NCR, or some such tournaments in the B tier that aren't SCR, but overall that's a pretty solid tier list.

It would've been an A, but that video that you guys kept running that was all like "FIGHTING GAMES: MORE SERIOUS THAN LIFE ITSELF" bumped it down a notch IMO.

For me, the production values are far and away there, there's no doubt about that. The hype this past year (aside from Apologyman and the exhibitions I saw) wasn't there as much-- at least for Marvel 3 Grand Finals, and even for AE Grand Finals.
 
that makes sense logistically, otherwise it would take like 8 hours.
but technically a round robin or even a swiss format would be better. at least with round robin everyone plays everyone, but with a swiss format you could essentially get rankings.
