Fire Emblem Heroes |OT| Mount Breeding Simulator

Wow, the armour Training Tower quests are so much easier with Amelia and Armour March. Like considering I am subbing out one of my spare Hectors that is saying something. Guess these will be less of a chore now.

Only wish they had slightly better RES, have to reroll away maps with too many mages. (That and I need to SP grind Effie and BK a lot, since I'm missing Hone/Fortify).
 
Really like the VA and art for all of these characters, even the character with the worst art "tailtiu" is no where near as bad as somebody like Lloyd.

Ayra's va in both english and Japanese is perfect.

I just sacrificed one Arvis to my 4* +9 Est with BraveLance+. Let's see why she's so highly regarded ..

Other question: Is Arvis a good 5* unit? Got 20k feathers to spend.

I feel like they've stepped up their game in general. I haven't seen too much bad art coming out lately. I haven't seen a single bad PoR character, for instance, and the Genealogy crew looks great.
 
My guess is that since IS is making good money now, they can afford to pay bigger name artists for new characters.

Elincia could have been better, but still much better than Rebecca or Lloyd

People are fan of Kippu's Ninian art, but I'm not really a fan of all three characters' Kippu has done (linde/ninian/elincia). So it is understandable why they brought Kippu back.
 
Despite what I said earlier, I wish TT comes this week so that I can raise the free unit while the warrior maps are still around. Raising units to 40 is super easy with it and my Sigurd was fully equipped in a couple hours.

At the very least Arvis will be an exceptional support unit via debuffing and using ardent sacrifice, and a fair check against green units. Debuffing 3 stats at once is pretty awesome. Fury and speed +3 Seal gets a statline of 33/51/37/20/36 before any buffs which is fairly respectable in its own right.

I've been working on mine over the summer. Felt like I could use a cavalry healer to make things a bit more easier.

She has a whole arsenal of tools on her to switch her up depending on my team.
Fear, Slow, Gavity
Martyr, Rehab
Heavenly Light, Kindled Fire, Swift Winds
HP+5, Res+3, Fortress Def 3
Wings of Mercy 3, Live to Serve 3
Spur Atk 3, Fortify Cavalry, Hone Cavalry, ward I think... No GOAD because I have to sacrifice a Reinhardt.

Can't remember what she was. +Def / - something... I have like 3 more of her at 4* to combine someday but my feathers are going on Tharja until I get her to 40+10.
 
Arvis is easy because you just need one unit with galeforse to one round it, without it is somewhat tricky because of the steady breath axe general that spawns behind your team but if you kite well enough it is doable.
 
Bah, I could one turn this if Xander could survive a round from Arvis. I guess it's time to finally work on that Flier team i've been putting off.
 
That one turn infernal clear posted on the reddit was super cool that I have repeated the same steps. LnD galeforce Cordelia was the MVP.
 
Threw a merge onto ATiki and got a new PB with 4924. Same team of ATiki+Est+Cecilia+B.Lyn.

Hopefully that'll keep me in T20. Going up against +10 Reins is scary as fuck, and I'm glad I've switched to a more offensive team so that I'm not forced to tank them.

I think I really like running teams where units pair up with each other instead of trying to run one cohesive deathball. Makes it a lot easier to split your team apart to bait while still benefiting from the important buffs.

I used the same, except I had a dancer instead of Rein. I don't even remember who got danced.

? I mean he's a very offense-oriented character rather than a balanced one. He's all about running in and killing everything before they get a chance to kill him. You'd rarely use him to tank or bait.
 
Yep, Brave Roy w/QP, Brave Lyn, Reinhardt, 4*+ Olivia one-rounded Arvis Infernal. Initially lost because Reinhardt couldn't knock off the last 1 hp of final lance cav. Death Blow 2 has been generally good enough, so something else seemed off...oh yeah, forget to put Lancebreaker 1 back on instead of Vantage.

A reminder that even a basic level 1 skill may be all you need to win.
 
So check this out! I saved up 120+ orbs for the Holy War banner right? I spent them all in one day...within the course of about 8 hours. Here's my highlights...

5- Star Ike, 5- Star Hinoka, 5- Star Dierdre, 5-Star Luke, 4-Star Jakob (hadn't gotten him before), and....5-Star Sigurd!!!!

I have NEVER had luck like this before...EVER!!!

Roy's stats are very well-rounded. He isn't a tank who usually have either bad defense or resistance. Those are specialists. Roy isn't a tank but he can take a hit with Fury and retalliate with Desperation. No setup required. Really, Roy can work well in most teams.
 
Given how I have zero good red tome users.(Only got 4* Sophia and 4* Tharja, and both -atk) Arvis is on the fast track to 5*. All these free units are filling holes in my roster lol.

I made a 4-stars +7 Donnel and gave him galeforce + brave lance+ a week ago. I don't even know why I did this (I'm ftp so that was a lot of ressources) but...this map redeemed the decision. Easy one-round on lunatic. Donnel can kill the blue mage, I gave him lancebreaker 1 to kill the lance horse and he kills Arvis easy. Then, all that's left is using two horses boosting each other with Hone Cavalry to take out the axe knight and red mage.

I wish I had more galeforce users, only one Cordelia left.

I gotta say, though, infernal should be harder.

Having high offense is one of the best things a unit can be in this game imo, especially when they have horse or flying movement. B.Roy not being used as bait doesn't matter much when he can decimate the enemy team before they can do anything. And his defenses are still decent, throw in horse buffs and Fury and he can still be used to tank a little if needed.

Pretty much. The real fun begins for him when desperation kicks in and he jumps around killing everyone with galeforce similar to Cordelia; only moves further because of the horse.
 
Did another pull on the PA banner, 4 red and 1 blue.

Pull the blue... Shigure.

Wish I got either Azura or Olivia but 2/4 focus units aren't bad. Sure beats the 0/4 I got on CYL.
 
Man, I had so many problems with the Arvis GHB. Had to settle for Klein + 3 Dancers in the end. Took ages, since my Klein was level 40 but had no SI whatsoever. Gave him Threaten Def 3 (I made a 5* Raven just for that), Luna and Drag Back (which wasn't necessary, I never used it). I also upgraded my ATK+1 Seal to +2 and bought a Spur SPD Seal because my Klein is either -SPD or neutral SPD, but I lacked exactly 1 SPD to double the cavarlrys.

Summoned with only 9 orbs, 1 blue, 3 green and one colorless. Pulled the red and it was a Draug. Next I pulled one of the 3 greens and the one I pulled was Deirdre! (+Spd/-Res) The bane could have been better but +Spd though. I'll give her res +3 until I can find another Hinata
 
I'm almost done with the chain challenges, which sucks since I'd love to have an incentive to play the game all the time.

I would love if they could add some kind of permanent TT in which you could get an unlimited number of points, so you could have something to do when you have some stamina left to spend.
 
I just leveled normal non-horse Roy to 40 to take advantage of warrior maps and Binding Blade is just Distant Defense +2 that works against melee? I thought it was a permanent stackable boost :(
 
I really like how everyone manages to find ways to one-turn the infernal GHB to avoid reinforcements... don’t have B!Roy or any unit with galeforce yet (my flier emblem team is still a wip), so I had to search for other ways to manage it.
It took me a few tries but I finally perfected a nice little choreography to kill the two mages and cavs and let Arvis suicide on my chosen unit that will counter him to death.
My team was Kagero, B!Lyn, and both Azura’s.
- Azura gives hone atk on B!Lyn on the initial formation
- Kagero kills the right mage, and provides spur atk to B!Lyn, so that she can OHKO the right cav with those two buffs
- P!Azura dances Kagero, who proceeds to kill the left mage
- Azura dances B!Lyn, who kills the left cav (once again with the help of Kagero’s buff), ending up the only unit Arvis can attack
- Arvis suicides himself on B!Lyn, thanks to her distant def 2 seal

This GHB might have been trivial for galeforce users, but I really enjoyed the little puzzle it presented when you couldn’t rely on this useful tool. :)
 
The Recover Ring makes Arvis great for Tempest Trials and Chain Challenges, and his stats are good enough to use in arena Assault if you're otherwise lacking Red Mages (Like me).
 
Dude, Arvis is so good. Debuffing everything and healing so quickly? Seriously good. I gave him fury3 of course.
Also going to have him learn Ardent Sacrifice. I may even level up the res sacred seal to make sure he can debuff as often as possible.

Oh yea, I guess he's like a way better healer who can fight and debuff.

Geez, healers are really bad in this game. Can't even be the best at their own job.
