wonder what the next tempest trial will be. I don't think it'll be Sacred Stones.

a two-part Hoshido/Nohr Fates trial is an obvious one, whether they do that next or somewhere down the line. Even without adding a single new character they could easily fill out the 40%/20% bonus ranks, putting the 5* royals into the 40% tier of course. Bonus units could be 'mysterious songstress' (although a free Azura might be too generous for IS) and maybe archer Mozu.

alternatively, choose your legends could be dropping on september 1 (after the two main banners expire) and they could be doing a tempest trial to promote that. Maybe the CYL characters as 40% and the Askr trio + free 5* for 20%? I don't see them giving out Veronica yet, maybe Bruno since the story is heading that way.

Omigosh, it only took 700 orbs, but I finally pulled a decent Summer Corrin at 6% pity rate and sniping blues. +spd, -res. The -res is a bummer, but regardless it's gotta be better than my other one (+def -atk).

heavy blade can let you get up to some real nonsense with the right unit. Aether also provides a boost to arena score.

Ike's Aether is really good for arena scoring, if you are into that kind of thing. Heavy blade has its niche too. So, he can be a really good fodder if you want.

I don't think Julia benefits from TA much. She hits hard enough to damage all colors, and putting TA probably hurts her more than it helps. Dunno about Corrin.

If you only have one Roy, why not just keep him, especially if he has a good IV? He's been an arena bonus unit before, and he's a pretty solid defensive red sword. He's pretty bulky without TA, and with TA he's an excellent specialist. If you run into an Arena Assault team that's all green, default Roy can probably solo them.

So, let me be frank: she's good but unfortunately overshadowed by her stat spread.... making her not that great in the end.

Due to her low resistance, she's competing with Hector/Armads for the armor slot and he's simply better than her across the board. Even though she has great speed, she has no Wo Dao access making her inferior to Draug in Red, and she does not supplant Sheena who has absurd defensive capabilities (and who'd love Amelia's Slayer Axe).

She can't tank blue mages like Reinhardt (at all) or Linde/Scorn unless she's +spd and they are -spd.

I also have 30 000 feathers right now and I have no idea who to use it on. This is a bit general question, but who are the 4* that are a "safe bet" to upgrade? I have already done it with Nino, Effie, Kagero, Olivia and Marth. I'm not really looking to upgrade anyone for fodder just yet, I don't really have enough good 5* to make more than 3,5 good teams. I really want to be able to make 4-5 teams to be able to beat chain challenges, Squad assault, arena assault and tempest trial.

Honestly, I genuinely hate his artwork so much that it slightly deters me, as petty as it may be. (F) Corrin seems to benefit from TA a decent amount, though she is currently only 4* as it is. I'll probably stick with Fury for Julia.

Roy is +ATK -DEF, so I might roll with him for a bit to see how it goes. Builds seem to suggest running Fury/TA (of course) and Swordbreaker, so it shouldn't be too bad.

She's useful for 2 things: hueg ass stats to increase your arena score and Armor March to make Armor Emblem fast.

Seriously though I think she has a niche as an offensive armor with the ability to take physical hits. You can throw L&D / Brave Axe for a quad build and she can still tank a little. Her move is trash outside of Armor Emblem but you can pair her with say Effie and 2 mages to clear opposing mages and it'll be a decent arena team.

Yeah, +ATK is good too since it boosts her poor attack to something use-able if you don't go the niche blue-killer route. She's got very high speed and very high res. So she's a Blue Mage soak and with Emerald Axe can take a beating from lance wielders. Stock reciprocal aid is nice too as she can shift HPs around on the team for chain challenges. She's a mainstay in my Horse Emblem team without Distant Counter and can tank a Rein without taking damage. Niche, but when you have Camus, Xander, and Rein you don't really need her to do much more than take a few blows to draw the enemy out.

eldigan+1/cecilia/ursula/4* eliwood seems to get me 682 points per run and is quite effective. Eliwood even took out a Julia. Not gonna be enough to get me to 4800 though. I could do ryoma/hector/nowi+bonus but I don't think I can get 690 matches with a 4*. Bleh.

We'd have to see your roster. But if you want a long term goal, putting together a cavalry or flier team will help with challenges and GHBs a lot. Xander in particular frequently trivializes GHBs.

Short term, you could promote one of the starters since they will remain useful as bonus heroes. Sharena's pretty solid and my favorite of the 3. Anna's fast as hell and has a fun weapon. Alfonse, uh...is an arena bonus this week.

I'm using my next 20k on Valter because his weapon is insane and I've been looking forward to him for a while.

I'm gonna try 4* Subaki, should be able to tank all the red lords? If he doesn't work I went with Legion last time around.

Either way doesn't matter to me, without 4 5*s I won't be getting back into T20 so I'll just ride down to T18 and get back in T19 for the start of the next rotation.

I got a (mediocre IV) Julia on my 100th orb. +hp -res. Burned the rest of the 20 orbs to use up my pity rate. It was a regret. Only got a decent iv Athena 4 star and a Reposition courtesy of Selena.

Want to pull on Sacred Stones, but I think I'll wait and hopefully we'll get a data mine for September banner before it ends. Probably will save as I would only have about 40 or so orbs by the end anyways.

You may have been a bit unlucky on that new banner but you got extremely lucky on the first hero banner. If we keep it simple you have 10% to get a 5* when you summon so that's one 5* for 50 orbs or 2* for 100 orbs. Getting eight 5* was definitely not normal and you should not expect it to happen again.

this is why I'm gonna try using Subaki as well. I can invest in his SI without feeling bad as I use him all the time in arena assault or squad assault. He does his job

well at 4*. I've also used him to clear enough stuff that he has the SP to fill out his skill slots, important for arena score.

Only issue is I'll be running without *any* range unit. I don't think I can do a perfect run with that team unless I drop Nowi for Linde, but then I'm giving up points again. On the bright side, it's easy to check your team's score range now thanks to arena assault having no stamina/duel sword barrier of entry.

Got a Nuetral Amelia. She may not replace my Hector but Hector is going to love Having her along side him. My flier team that runs Camilla and Minerva has proven that it is just fine to run two greens in arena. If she is a bonus unit on the next TT she is going to be broken.

Now it is a question of what skills to give her. Thinking I will give her Fury+Renewal+Reciprocal Aid and bonfire. going to decide later once she is leveled all the way.

You've got a decent variety there. Xander is probably a smart investment, although with Ryoma and Ike maybe not that critical.

Down the line, you have both Spring Camilla and Summer Corrin, you'd be crazy not to use them to their fullest. If I were you I'd save a Caeda or two and hoard orbs for the next time Hinoka appears on a banner (or if they give Hone Fliers to a new unit). Then give them a Blarblade+ and Gronnblade+. Sure it'd be 40k feathers spent on weapons but it would be very, very worth it.

I'm going to try to do this week with an incredibly silly team of Lucina/Fae/Nowi/Wrys.

Interesting. I don't have Caeda nor Hinoka, so this flyer team might be a long term goal I could go for. I recently got the Summer Corrin so a flyer team hasn't really been in my thoughts before now. I think I'm just going to save orbs and feathers for now then. Thanks
