Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, 26, has been helping new Chelsea signing Juan Cuadrado settle into London life following his move from Fiorentina. Ospina, who is an international team-mate of 26-year-old winger Cuadrado with Colombia, posted a picture of the pair of them on his Instagram account with the message: "Best wishes buddy."
Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has regained his dance moves as well as his fitness.
