I can see where they're coming from. Ronaldo and Messi both are incredible and deserve the awards they've won, I just find this whole "Look at the stats" shit that has been thrown around laughable. They're great players, the whole stats stuff isn't needed to justify their nomination.

I don't think I've ever once said "look at the stats" you know. I look at the players on the pitch and it is a fact that what Cristiano and Messi do on it can't be matched by anyone else. Ribery just isn't in their class.
