As has been said before, it doesn't matter if you sack your coach. Look at Cardiff, fulham etc. Same can be said for Moyes. RvP had the season of his life, he carried the entire team, every single time. United has been terrible for a few years now, the rest of the league was just even worse. I've said this before.

Fulham however replaced their manager with utter shit, of course an incompetent clown won't fix an already fairly broken team. Meulensteen however showed before that managers do matter when he took over a league challenging team and made them irrellevant for the next many many years in Denmark. We thank him for that.

The point is, it can't be proven and it can't be disproven. You would need to have 2 coaches with the same team, same fixtures, same kind of luck, same injuries, same form/age of the individual players and motivation of the team before you could say that managers have influence on a team or not.

I actually don't mind 442 if mata and kagawa play or mata and adnan play. I'd love for us to zip the ball about with players who can pass the ball about. I'm going for 2-0 win.

But I'd take a 1-0 with us scoring in the 94th minute. Whatever it takes. & please moyes for the love of god don't panic. You don't need to put in an all out attack in the 23rd minute. Build up to the latter stages so you don't lose silly goals when you don't have to.
