i still haven't taken out the plastic from Infamous.

Lawl, United are going to get racked by Bayern. buttner against robben.... #dead

I wonder if teams will finally figure out that robben's right foot is made out of chocolate and stop him from cutting inside. That;s all you have to do.. the guy is never going to cross with his right. Unless of course Muller sets a moving screen... :)

Teams figured it out a decade ago. He's just too good though. His feet are too quick, the ball stays too clos to his foot, he knows how he's going to dribble before he even receives the ball, he's too good at taking advantage of the brief period of time where the defender he's faced up to has planted both of his feet without adjusting their body weight to be able to keep up with him when he's pushed the ball past them.

It honestly doesn't matter where the Bayern attacking players play. They are all going to get their chance to skin the United defense.

Yep. Even if Buttner doesn't play and Rafael plays at leftback, that just means Ribery will be giving Smalling a royal bumming.

And Robben would draw so many fouls from Rafael, it'd be hilarious.

That was like people complaining about Arsenal playing Santi on the left in front of Monreal instead of with Sagna.

Like, it doesnt matter. They swarm and overload you.

Ah, I see.

Not too excited for the Bayern-United matchup for some reason. Probably because it's so predictable, no room for any surprise.

Definitely the least interesting draw. I think United will put up a fight. Hopefully Moyes decides to go for it and not be overly cautious.

It kind of does matter though.

Your best chance against Bayern is to win the individual battles at the back, and take advantage of your counterattacks, and the fact that they swarm. You lot did the first part very well in the first leg, but fucked up all of your counters after entering the box, culminating in the missed penalty, then it fell apart.

If Man Utd don't keep something of a lid on Ribery and Robben, their chances go from 5% to 0

Another problem for Man Utd is that Welbeck is their only player who still has the pace and nous to transition immediately from helping out in defense, to running at the back 4.

Remember the name, Wayne Rooney!

Arsenal and Man U don't have fullbacks good enough to keep those players quiet.

Can you just imagine having to work with Hodgson as part of your national team setup and Moyes as part of your club setup?

It sounds like a special kind of hell.

Dear Moyes, please look at previous games against impressive wingers where Rafael and Jones have mostly kept them out of the game and start them both accordingly. Vidic can deal with their lump of a striker, and Evans should partner him.

Please watch Welbeck's performance against Real Madrid last year and start him too.

Since Mata can't play, perhaps take note of the fact Kagawa has a lot of experience against this team, and quite a few victories, so start him too.

Also, fuck Ashley Young.

I would love to see Mata - Shinji and Adnan behind Rooney. But this just means either Welbeck, Valencia and Young will start.
